The Manager was amazing, she instantaneously fixed the issue we had. We were told upon checking that hotels.com., and other third-party apps, were not allowed to use the club. I had paid for a club room., $150 extra, and I was refused entry by the staff. Not once but twice., I had to appeal to the manger, we proceeded and straighten things up.
If it wasn't for this incident, I would highly recommend this hotel. Actually, I do highly recommend this hotel. I just believe the staff needs some more training. Unless it is really true that hotels.com, plays third fiddle.
I've been with hotels.com for years now a gold member, I've never had such treatment.
That said the 70s vibe of this hotel. It's cleanliness. It's warm in inviting staff (expect for check in). The great food, the good wine. The excellent Shuttle service. I would give it a 10 out of 10. To bad, I was denied, initially, entry to the club room when I paid so much extra for it.
