Friendly, helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. Excellent shuttle service between hotel and airport. Delicious shrimp brochette for dinner. Will definitely book here again next time I visit Montreal.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. We do like this hotel quite allit as it us very close to the airport and the shuttle service is great. Just a little disappointed as our room was not as nice as the one we had last year. very good. Just a

Had lunch at property restaurant, it was ok but I was expecting a more elevated experience for the price and a much higher quality of ingredients. It was too plain.

Staff very kind and helpful

Property is showing its age. Needs updating. Confusing building layout. Parking is inconvenient and confusing and expensive $25/night. AC not working (room 244). Mold in shower. Fire alarm went off twice between midnight and 1am. Terrible stay.

Our recent stay at the Sheraton Montreal Airport hotel was exceptional! Our room was very clean with the most comfortable bed we've ever experienced. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast at the restaurant was tasty and again csr amazing! I would highly recommend a stay at this site and look forward to returning in the future.

Upper Sheets were coarse and heavy and the bathroom sink didn’t drain unless I physically held up the plug. I was on the ground floor which I normally do not like, but the room was very quiet. Restaurant food was okay but not great for the cost. Overall, though, no serious complaints and a pleasant stay.

Adjacent to airport with a convenient airport shuttle, for just a quick overnight stay. Bedding was super comfortable and good size double queen/double beds, room for a round table. Room was quiet. The hair conditioner actually conditioned. Would have been nice to amenities like coffee and tea in the lobby while waiting.

The hotel location is very convenient for a short or longer airport stay. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff at the hotel and at the restaurant are very professional and courteous.

Close to airport

Super HOT and humid when we arrived at YUL. A/C not working well in room and leak in bathroom (toilet) when we arrived to the room. Staff came straight away to deal with both issues -very accommodating- and did their best but A/C never really kicked into high gear during our 1 night stay. Had breakfast next morning. service was excellent!

The airport shuttle was extremely convenient. The housekeeping was a little confused by my language but I could communicate through for my message.

It’s a place to sleep for the night. Too many people at this hotel and very long lines checking in. Some front desk people were rude and some were helpful. It felt very pedestrian.

Very well located
