Long waits to check-in (self check-in kiosks don’t work) and dirty rooms. This place does not operate like a 4 start hotel.

Amazing for Father's day and Bday!

When I got there, it was a long line, but I went to the diamond holders club card. Which stone was there give the guy 20 bucks and he operated my room which was great five stars.

The room was awesome, and the staff were great. I didn’t like that I had to wait to take my bags up, though. Since the hotel has many sections, I think clearer directions should be provided. Overall, check-in was smooth, and the room was clean—no complaints. I would definitely stay again

This place is horrible they over charge u in they make u pay a deposit of 150 when it’s time to get the deposit back they come up with all prices of the things that u have to pay for from your deposit Wi-Fi parkinf and all do not book for them the shower was broken the staff is rude they do not help u and I paid for a smoking room the alarm kept going off terrible service terrible ppl and high price hotel to not come with anything

I didnt like how a lot of places closed early.

This property was ok for us, the casino is small, the room a bit outdated, they charge for everything, even to use the pool EVEN IF YOU ARE STAYING AT THE HOTEL, which I thought was outrageous. The check-in staff and bell staff were highlights for us, McCormicks food and drinks were incredible, but the property overall outdated.

I enjoyed the food at Coastal Craft Kitchen and Bar as well as McCormick and Schmick's. Also, the Daytime pool party was lots of fun!!

They did not want to give me the room I booked for. The front desk girl had an attitude cause I ask for what I booked for. The room was dirty the sink in the bathroom was dirty. And the room was not worth what I paid!!!

While stay was horrible the room was dirty.

Would stay here again
