Great suite room. Had called ahead to request crib in room. Needed up taking it up myself and found the room did not have air on prior to our arrival it was a 90 degree day so cooling down to sleeping temp at bed time was a frustration. The room itself was great otherwise.

Older hotel that needs updated, however it was clean. Definitely needs fresh paint on the outside and better care of the landscaping. There were weeds growing in most flower beds. The carpet and shower were very old. Someone had a cat on a leash in the lobby climbing on furniture. They had the breakfast readily available, but the layout and seating were not convenient.

The service from the reception desk was extremely disappointing and very unprofessional.The room in nice but that’s about as good as it gets for this hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was open. The room was clean and comfortable. There weren't any funky smells. There was warm water for showers. The appliances worked. There was a large variety of breakfast options and the weekend hours for breakfast were until 10am! There were plenty of tables for guests to sit for breakfast as well as a nice lobby area.

The night staff was very nice. The hotel is older. When I checked out I told the front desk lady that the toilets did not flush she said they just need to be plunged. I said no you need a plumber.

Smelly, not so clean, made me feel dirty

It was a nice hotel but our room had glass all over our suite living room area floor. We stepped on it and luckily our 2 year old son hadn’t taken his shoes off before we stepped on it. It was a very think glass with burn marks on it!!! Was not very happy about it, but as soon as we talked to the front desk she immediately came up and vacuumed it!! Photo added of just some of it

Friendly staff

This was a great hotel to stay! The staff was super friendly. Very homey feel to the whole hotel. The room was comfy and clean. We didn't go to the pool but there is an indoor heater pool with a couple courtyards/patios attached. The breakfast was well stocked and had hot options as well. There is a variety of restaurants within walking distance or close to the hotel. We would stay there again.

close to hwy 30 which was close to the road we were going on the next day. The parking was very easy.

Clean room. Pool was fantastic. The parking lot seemed very secure compared to many hotels in which I’ve stayed. Staff was exceptionally pleasant. All in all, would definitely stay again.

The lobby area was updated and fairly nice and the staff was very kind, however the room was extremely dated, door to room was damaged, bathroom facilities extremely dated, wall electric plates and switches were discolored from age and flooring very old. Rooms need updated badly and definitely do not match the pictures shown on the booking website.

Our room was not clean and had an ant infestation. When we told the front desk they offered to spray chemicals in the room while we were in the room and never offered to move us to a new room
