It is a very nice place and very helpful staff

We stayed here due to the proximity to Holiday Valley skiing. Our room was acceptable but not great. There weren’t really many decorations/pictures on the wall in the hotel and it made it seem sort of empty. The cabinets in our rooms were a little sticky. It was acceptable but not luxurious.

Great hotel. Clean and spacious room. Has amenities like pool, gym and business centre. Breakfast had decent options. Conveniently located near restaurants and Elicottville. Will definitely visit again

The only thing I didn’t like was you could hear the commode flushing from many rooms in our proximity.

Checking in was easy, customer service was excellent, would definitely recommend this hotel

Rooms wasn’t clean and had garbage left behind under rolling chair from previous guest.

Our stay was comfortable & relaxing. The staff was very friendly & helpful.

Employee was very respectful and considerate. The elevator was nasty. The rooms mirrors and windows were nasty.

Decent breakfast. Staff was quick to respond to requests like refilling hot water for hot chocolate, more towels in pool. They have an affiliation with local 24/7 gym across town which we used twice ... very nice.

Garbage in the room. Breakfast was eggs and sausage no waffles or pancakes. Staff was nice. Close to lots of things.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and common areas were dirtier than expected.

Awesome place

Desk staff was very nice. Our room hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived at 6:15 pm, and we were told housekeeping was gone for the day and there were no other rooms available. Desk clerk did make the bed, but we paid $417 for a room that was dirty from the last guests. I’ll be asking for a refund.
