The hotel is awesome & one of the hotels that is crowded with tourists and locals. The location is close to the mall & theme park. Breakfast is delicious but not very varied, the food is also the same from day to day. Then the twin beds turned out to be single size, not queen size. In addition, an 8 year old child has not been given a free bed in his room.

Very pleasant hotel. They let me check in early. All trolley baggage is delivered to the room. Spacious rooms with beautiful views of the harbor city. The bed is quite spacious. Five star room cleanliness. Transport is available to and from the airport using a comfortable airport limousine bus which stops directly in front of the hotel. Friendly and helpful hotel staff.

Stayed 2 nights at intercontinental Yokohama grand. It's a very recommended hotel when you stay in Yokohama, beautiful surroundings. Very strategic location, straight in front of cosmopark yokohama the famous theme park and near ramen museum also red brick house. And the most important thing is that the limouisine bus to haneda airport stop right in front of the hotel loby! Will be coming back for sure.

A very nice and romantic place for honeymooners, I am very reference for those who want to go to Japan to stay at the InterContinental Yokohama Grand.
