Arrived at the hotel and they told us they did not have a room available for us. Why does your website say there are rooms available when there are not any rooms. I am beyond furious!

This property is infested with roaches. My room was extremely unclean with blood stains in the bathroom and potty. The ac doesn’t work and the drawers for the table near closet doesn’t close.My kids got hurt. There is mold above the doors and such disgusting room. I cannot believe that this is so unclean. There is also a hole near the entrance door which was already existing. The Lyft in this hotel is terribly maintained. Omg ! This is just awful especially when I have my 2 little kids.

The workers provided great customer service when we arrived

Started off with a two bed room that was completely trashed with stain covered seats went down to get moved to another room that room's batteries to the doors did not work while trying to get the door to work we will be in scoped out by a dude who followed my wife and kids down the hallway back up then continued to talk to the manager that had tried six different rooms with her key card none of them worked then she put us in a one bed room to get out of the cold My wife then proceeded to find some type of insects covering the bed so I had moved my family and lost $64 at that place and they don't do refunds so I would never ever let anybody go there burnt aluminum foil all through the hallways condoms throughout the hallways we walked past four or five bedrooms that look like it was eight people living in them that trashed them

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at ... dangerous residents, and deplorable conditions . It will not let me upload photos???

Room was disgusting filthy dirty and no bed linens and not one towel. No trash can I sat in a chair all night afraid to get bugs.

Staff is extremely friendly, very accomodating and I would definetely recommend this hotel to family and friends
