Manager had no customer servic skills. he was rude at check in. No one came to offer cleaning or fresh towels. Did not specify diet charges olehen paying online for a week. And a staff member was very rude to my son and did not believe he was staying in a room and was made to show proof.

Room key did not work , many areas of disrepair

This is a clean, basic hotel, a good value for the money. My room was clean, had a small kitchenette, with regular size fridge, two burner stove top, microwave. The hotel used to be another brand, and I see an improvement in overall appearance.

They are really trying to remodel and upgrade the rooms and security. Always clean fresh towels on demand. Any issues and they are quick to fix or resolve. They a to please the customer

Room was clean but bathroom handle would fall off when I turned on water. Used syringes in elavator. Wa not asked about pets and unaware of 10 dollar charge a day for pet. And had to pay extra 70 at check in that I could not afford. Piles of garbage by office and could not understand employees we had language barrier.

Room had roaches in it. The shower floor top layer was lifted up when we check in. Ask to get another room and they had no rooms with 2 beds in it which what l needed. Even 2 days later I asked about again and the same thing was said. It seem like they did not make an effort to accommodate us and on top of that one of the desk people was rude when l brought the dirty towels down to get clean ones. Talk to me crazy and told me that they were too dirty and I used them for cleaning. They also changed the bedsheets with dirty ones and when they finished cleaning the room they didn't close the door completely.

The people there were very nice.Unfortunately , they just Took over the hotel So no ice Machine, And other things.

Just horrible

I was suppose to get a refund because they didn’t have a clean room available for us, but never did. Very bad business ethic,

Drug addicts everywhere. Someone knocked on my door at 430 in the morning asking for food to feed his a daughter. There is trash everywhere! Dirty laundry room. Another tweeker high out of his mind started talking to me. There is always screaming and yelling. Homeless hang out where the stairs are. I also waited 2 hours for someone to come into the office in the rain! I guess its under new management. Hopefully things will improve.

The room smelled. The floor was sticky, like it hasn't been mopped in years.

The room was old and outdated. My biggest problem was having ( No Blanket) and only (one ragged old pillow) on the bed!! The bedspread was thin and the sheets were stained. The front desk said the blankets were dirty & they were short staffed. Karina - Front desk manager was nice and apologetic. She is was kept me from leaving.

There was obvious water damage to the floor in the bathroom, which was not repaired properly. The toilet was completely slanted towards the shower. There was no face towel, shampoo, soap, and the plunger in the sink was inoperable. The floor in my room looked like it has not been mopped in at least a month. Conditions of the hallways and elevator were reprehensible. I’m very surprised that the health authorities have not shut this place down yet. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

It ws fine except for the homeless around there.

It was just not for us but the staff was the sweetest
