Very good location and service was excellent. Clean and well maintained.

Air conditioning would not lower, freezing in my room, two different lights out, shower, head, horrible, despite all these things it was a nice visit and the people in this hotel are wonderful and I would stay there again

Great hotel but wifi weak and inconsistent

Rooms were dirty and very outdated. The beds were way too small, smaller than regular north american doubles, more like a big twin. Tried to sleep on the sofa bed and it was extremely uncomfortable. Found a finger nail on the carpet.. asked to cut reso short and we left for another hotel. They would not even give you free water, we found some at the gym to refill our bottles but they did not even tell us about it. Pool area looked very nice but it was dirty too.. did not try the restaurant. Overall, Would not recommend!

A little further out of the center of the city than we would have cared for, however, partially our fault for not doing more research. Hotel is showing it's age and could use some updates.

I stayed at this hotel for a one night on a road trip, the room rate is very accesible que the hotel is well maintained in most of the areas, the room is clean but outdated, what I didn't like is that the beds only have a thin sheet as covers and nothing else, the air conditioning is noisy and not automatic. also, when arriving I asked if I could get an upgrade being an Expedia gold member, they refused to even change the room from two queen to 1 king, argumenting that they had given up all their upgrades for the day.

Stay was very pleasant, just like home.

One of theworsthotel.com experiences I’ve ever had. My room was on the first floor 50 feet away from a four-lane highway that had sirens in cars and motorcycles racing down it all night long got absolutely zero sleep yes to change my room to a different location they said they would put me out by the pool in the back of the property I said OK sounds great When I came back, I was on the same floor just moved to a different area where this time I did not have street noise but I had a 60 cycle hum that sounded like electrical wires that were constantly cycling. Again, no sleep staff was very nice but this place doesn’t look anything like the pictures here outside my room I had barb wire and a four-lane freeway. Also, there was no heat in the room.

Excellent location for shopping! overall hotel was nice but some pool tiles were missing, the soundproofing between rooms was terrible. The plumbing in the shower didn’t work - shower wouldn’t turn off and the shower head dripped for 2 days. Maid didn’t give us towels one day. Staff was very nice but we didn’t spend much time in the hotel. Not sure it is a 4 star hotel.
