Another great stay at Sunstar hotel, Lenzerheide. Great service from check in staff. Very clean & comfortable hotel with easy access to restaurants, buses & Lenzerheide town a short walk away.

Excellent service, even offered to keep the kitchen open for our late arrival.

Christian at the front desk delivered superb service. Other front staff also helpful. Location for getting to slopes is great. Also very convenient for walking to the main street of Lenzerheide. Room was nice size for European hotel, bathroom modern and spacious. Breakfast room/dining room good ambiance. Would certainly stay there again.

We liked everything about the property with one exception -- the clock tower bells were quite near and made us choose between keeping the balcony door and window open for the fresh mountain air, OR closed so that we weren't awoken by the bells.

It was a great experience. My cousin and zi went skiing to Lenzerheide and St. Moritz for 3 days and stayed here. Staff was incredibly helpful and nice. On the first night we were so tired we fell asleeo around 19hrs and woke up really hungry at 22hrs. The restaurant was already closed however they still cooked us a meal! It was really nice of them. Room was in good condition and the hotel is just 1 bus stop away from the main ski lift

The wifi service required re-login everytime one returns to the hotel. Re-login requires a code that is transmitted through sms. This is no so convenient and is costly to international travellers.

Reasonably good hotel, little bit older vibe but well kept. Nice accommodations overall, and a secure bike room was key for me, and the fact that my stay included free access to all of the lifts/gondolas in the area was amazing. Restaurant was good for typically euro breakfast and dinner was OK as well, but the typical Swiss pricing was a bit surprising after just staying in Italy the week before. I'd happily stay here again.

good location, center of town, bus stop just outside the hotel, ski rental place across the road, grocery store next door. Everything very convenient, friendly staff, nice rooms.

the hotel lcoation is great, there are bike shops just across the street and various restaurants in walking distance. very quite and nice stay, just what we were looking for!

We don't speak German but luckily the staff at Lenzerheide's Sunstar were able to help us find our way. Love their fluffly down comforters, very cozy. They picked us up at the bus station even though we found ourselves at the wrong one. Super friendly and helpful. Great hotel, great experience.
