This was by far the best hotel of our stay in Ireland! It was beautiful and right on the coast, with incredible views from every window. It was a quiet and peaceful retreat only minutes away from Galway.

The standard double room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only slight drawback was the quality of the cooked breakfast buffet. Everything seemed a little overcooked.

This hotel is exactly as advertised The service was terrific, food wonderful. Our room was great but that view of the Atlantic ocean was breathtaking !!

Incredible hotel excellent

Beautiful property. A bit out of the way of Galway proper, but an easy enough taxi to get into town. The property was lovely and had fantastic views

A beautiful location. My one complaint is with no A/C in the rooms. They provide a heavy blanket on the bed, but the only sheet is the mattress sheet. I was overly hot while attempting to sleep with no options besides a heavy blanket. Otherwise, the staff, location and all facilities were amazing.

Hotel had a great location and great views of the ocean. Pub and breakfast were great.

We were allocated a spacious room with a side view of the ocean. The room was clean and everything was in good working order. Even though the hotel hosted a wedding and 60th birthday party while we were visiting, we still enjoyed excellent service and there was no noise on our side. The location of the hotel is beautiful. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast and very hot plates! Overall, it’s a beautifully kept hotel in a stunning location.

Awesome

I was solo traveling and felt so comfortable for my stay. My room was spectacular, and I can’t say anything bad about it. Reception was fast and helped me with my needs when requested.

The hotel was above excelent with one exception: no lift. The room was down three levels, and we had five heavy pieces. There were no carts to move the luggage along one level. People were struggling to get up mutiple sets of stairs. One set, in the breakfast area, was hard to climb with a plate or a cup. If the hotel installs a lift, I would be happy to give C,onnemara Coast Hotel my ringing endorsement.

No air conditioning. Very hard to sleep or spend any time in the room. Food only ok. Chicken kiev overcooked. Soup was watery. More like a broth. Views amazing.

Fun nice place with a beautiful view

Wonderful accommodations, excellent restaurant. Beautiful views of Galway Bay and the surrounding countryside. Exceptionally comfortable bedding and great shower. Note, however that when you’re there, it’s all by itself. Lots of Galway traffic to get into the city center,

Beautiful. Nothing to improve

The picture promises a beautiful sand beach and the write up describes “Sun loungers” leading me to believe the property had a sand beach on site. The sand beach is 1.8 km from the property. There were no Sun loungers outdoors to be found. The indoor space was beautiful. I wish they would have focused on what they have (lovely indoor public spaces and spacious rooms) rather than posting a picture of a beach that is not easily accessible.
