I love this hotel, but I think this was the last time I will stay there. It is so lovely and the gardens are beautiful. The view from the restaurant is amazing and the restaurant itself is so good. Problem is that the rooms are very outdated. I mean this is supposed to be a simple rustic hotel, but the rooms are VERY outdated. From the beds to the furniture to the bathroom, this place really needs a nice update. It is even hard to find an outlet that works and some of them stop working when you turn off the lights. Just not worth the hassle anymore.

Nice place and pet friendly!

The property is beautiful and the service was excellent. The food was just fair, not tasty and fresh. My biggest complaint was with the room. It was clean, but the lighting was poor and the few electrical plug- ins were poorly placed.The room was above a busy road and very noisy. I rented a room that was discounted. Maybe thats why it was in the bad location, won't do that again.

Amazing stay

Everything was great! Wonderful staff, service. Nice, safe neighborhood. Restaurant has an amazing view of city. Holtel’s landscaping is very beautiful!! Would highly recommend. It’s rustic, comfortable and pretty!

Very beautiful and clean

Las camas están muy cómodas. El hotel tiene cierto prestigio en la ciudad y está bien ubicado, pero se nota muchísimo la falta de mantenimiento, sobre todo en los baños. El baño en general es grande, pero la regadera es súper pequeña, casi no sale agua y el shampoo, acondicionador y jabón que ponen son pésimos, nos causaron un brote de dermatitis atópica. Otro aspecto es que las cortinas no cierran del todo y eso puede causar algo de incomodidad para vestirse y desvestirse en la recámara

Wow. Unforgettable experience. Beautiful property, loved the size of the room we stayed in. Gardens are beautiful and the views to the city amazing. Good food and great service. We will definitely stay there again. I just have one suggestion, to provide appropriate towels for the swimming pool
