Staff were attentive. Property is beautiful. Nothing to dislike!

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Botánico, we knew we were in for something extraordinary. Nestled in lush gardens and surrounded by serene views, this hotel isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience that indulges every sense. The service was impeccable. Every member of the staff greeted us with warmth and genuine hospitality. From the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant servers, the level of care and attention made us feel like honored guests throughout our stay. Our room was a haven of comfort and elegance, complete with a private balcony that offered breathtaking views of the spa. Every detail—from the plush bedding to the fragrant white company toiletries—reflected the hotel's commitment to luxury and relaxation. One of the standout highlights was the Oriental Spa Garden. We’ve never experienced a spa like it. The tranquility, the beautifully landscaped surroundings, and the variety of treatments left us feeling completely rejuvenated. It’s worth a visit to the hotel for the spa alone! Our stay at Hotel Botánico was unforgettable and we can’t wait to return

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS, we would go again in a heartbeat! Best hotel for service and facilities. I’d like to see some free exercise yoga pilates classes offered in the Spa rather than paying for them. The treatments are pricey too but rest of Spa was wonderful! Esp the hidden cave hot tub that we found on last day! Such a pleasure to chat to the staff and they were not at all stuffy. As an avid birdwatcher the botanical gardens were to die for! New species at every turn as well as the flowers, plants & bonsai trees - workshop on these bonsai’s & flower arranging were brilliant :-)

Well-run and efficient, excellent staff, without exception. Lovely enviroment, excellent facilities. A real pleasure to be there in every way. The shuttle bus to the town centre is also a well-run service.

Beautiful place well maintain and clean. All the hotel is full of special art exhibition. Spa is hugh and great, and treatments are professional. All 4 restaurant are excellent. Staff is proffesional and always welcoming and helpfull. Highly recommended.

A fantastic hotel, aimed very much at adults. Fabulous spa facilities included and many additional treatments available to purchase All members of staff were incredibly attentive and always happy to help Drinks were pricey (eg €8 for a beer) but there are several local bars nearby

Beautiful hotel , stunning spa . Main pool very cold advertised as 27 degrees which it definitely wasn’t . Given wrong room on arrival quickly rectified mistake.Restaurants overbooked couldn’t get a table until 9 pm on arrival when we arrived it was half empty , waited over half an hour for a booked table another night the manager blamed reception for overbooking. Would not do half board again . Breakfast excellent. All staff courteous.

Nice stay, rooms nice and clean, only complaint it don’t show on Expedia that our shower was an over the bath type, so make sure you get the right room cat

The hotel is beautiful, the food in all 3 restaurants and the breakfasts were superb. Every member of staff we encountered were friendly, professional and attentive. A wonderful 5 star experience.
