Got nice experience... Hotel is so nice with beautiful Lagoon and Beach... The Food In breakfast is good...Try dinner in they Thai Restaurant and food is excellent... Mostly the hotel restaurant is have a good food... Service is good specially from Janet where she always try to give me and my friend the best service... She upgrade our room when have a problem about Fridge and hotel can’t fix the problem... Janet is really give excellent service where we stay in Angsana... But a little bit a Note for Angsana all excellent service Janet already give us is broken when Check Out Process... Because one of staff from hotel talk really not nice with me and my friend and his body language really show if he is not respect with me and my friend... So, I think for this Angsana need to train all they staff how to be a good people, nice and respect with the customer whatever happen... Because service is most important for Hotel Business... I don’t need to mention the name of the staff where already not good attitude because my friend will email Janet too for tell all this... Thank You for Janet...
