Great hotel, awesome location

Location, staff, breakfast & property were lovely

The hotel itself is excellent; however, access is somewhat inconvenient, as guests must transport their luggage (on a cobble road) considerable distance from the car drop-off point to the hotel's door.

You get exactly what you expect

Good location. Clean room although was unable to control room temperature to air conditioning as it was in heating mode

This is by far the best hotel in Sofia. It is very central, clean and good service. I did notice the doorman or bellman does not open the door for you if if he is right there.

The level of attentiveness from the staff was excellent - Would use this hotel again.

Their AC system was not up to the mark.It was not cooling the room.This should be improved.

Location location location. Right in the middle of things. Room is very nice, good size, clean and convenient. Good breakfast.

Amazing location and 5Star accommodation

Great hotel great location

Very friendly and professional front-desk. Check-in was easy (6pm on a Friday). A nice, comfortable and clean hotel. I like the modern upgrades of this vintage hotel. Location is at the center of town, steps away from the Metro station, and walking distance to the sights.

Excellent stay and met my expectations. The breakfast was excellent!

Room was clean but nothing like the Expedia picture of a Junior Suite. It had a balcony but that was up some steps so you couldn’t see the view from the room.

Everything was great

I have to wait 3 hours and 45 minutes for my room to be ready. I’m sure they have cameras on my room and they are extremely rude with American people. Do not go there.

This is my second visit to the hotel i found the telephone in the room not working, you cannot call reception or room service, also the cleaning team knocking doors several times for clean in spit of there is sign on door if you need them they are noisy.

Great location

This was the perfect spot to explore Sofia by foot. The bed was very comfortable, the room was immaculately clean, and the reception desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Beautiful properly well located. Awful dirty, we had to asked 3 times each day to have our room clean- always half done. The floor was so dirty you could see the spots. We got upgraded to a “suite” the bathroom door did not work could not close - and they claim the latch was broken and could not be fixed! The hall rug even disgusting. Really sad about the hotel experience for such a nice properry
