What an amazing hotel and a great location Staff made me and my dog feel so welcome and eager to assist

Safe and convenient. Felt comfortable coming and going. Near popular neighborhoods, attractions, and restaurants.

This was the perfect place to stay when visiting Mexico City. Our room was, clean, well maintained and quiet. There were lots of great restaurants nearby. There is also a hop on, hop off stop across the road we took advantage of to see the city. The Archeological Museum is in walking distance and worth visiting.

JW Marriott is in an excellent location in Polanco. ALL The staff is very courteous and super friendly. I only have two suggestions for the hotel that I think would make the guests even more comfortable. Provide more drinking water in the rooms. And our pillows were a little too firm. I would like to have softer pillows. Other than that JW Marriott is awesome.

It was a great stay, my third at this location and it will not be my last. The staff is excellent. It’s weird they didn’t ask for a credit card at check in for incidentals. Made it a little confusing because I couldn’t charge anything to the room. Other then that they stay was perfect

Great location and walkable to various restaurants. Hard to get hold of anyone or front desk to request even water for room. No one answered the phone. Tried many times.

I paid in advance but had an emergency and have to go back one night before the schedule; they can't reimburse me the night because I paid in advance... this is something crazy. Usually I'm a Marriott guest but they didn't care. So disappointed.

Excellent service- kind and attentive staff. Great for couples or families. Near the park you can walk to. Easy to get an Uber when needed! Highly recommend

This was by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at in many years. The people were incredibly friendly. The dining options were amazing the best bed the best shower the best room we’ve had in a long time.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 10 nights. Perfect location!

Perfect for our visit for a concert which was 5 minutes from the Auditorio de Nacional.

Excellent service from the staff, clean hotel, and great area.
