Air conditioning noisy, old and lacked proper adjustment. Bathroom plug didn’t work properly. Breakfast a bit sparse if not early. Welcome could be improved with a smile and welcome rather than making you feel like a job that has to be done. Great position for the Cotswolds, Bath and Oxford. Overall clean and generally friendly team.

Enjoyed our stay, loved the breakfast. Kids had fun in the pool.

Dinner was served with water for the table, this was warm, then the waitress asked if we wanted any ice which was served in a glass. Then the Chardonnay was served warm, not something I would expect from a Marriott. Then a letter was pushed under our door saying we had exceeded our cre

Food shocking - cold, hard & not edible Room No windows to open - air con in the room was big, on the floor & very noisy But had to have it on. Then bit falling off the room Very badly decorated. Then “threading card in bathroom” If u take this or that, they’ll automatically put £20 on the bill TERRIBLE HOTEL

Lovely decor, clean with friendly staff. Swimming pool and gym were great, as was the bar/restaurant for breakfast and dinner. We will be back

Excellent service throughout, super clean and great breakfast.

The service was excellent, and the food in the restaurant was fine. The bathrooms in the rooms could use a refresh, and while the rooms aren't as soundproof as advertised, they are still fairly quiet. The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel looks like a converted offoce building externally but inside it was well laid out and welcoming. Nice quirky bits of furniture and prints dotted around gave it an identity. The food was decent, the service and the staff engagement was good, My bathroom could maybe do with a bit of a freshen up but apart from that no complaints whatsoever, I had a comfortable night and would use again when I'm passing through that area. Overall, reasonable value for money.

Stayed for my friends Hen Night and we were made to feel very special and looked after. Nothing was a problem at all and the swimming area was fab too. Breakfast was tasty and well managed.
