Check In was painful

The view of the falls was out of this world!

This hotel offers a fantastic view of Niagara Falls! I highly recommended it for anyone going there for a family vacation. The kids loved it.

Very friendly, when we arrived it was quite busy yet the staff from valey parking to the front desk were very professional and welcoming. We had the key to our room within 15 minutes upon arrival.

Room was extremely hot and not comfortable at all.

The cleanliness of the hotel was great. The staff was great and location was convenient. The rooms was spacious and we atayed on the 20th floor. We were offered upgrade service. The cost was a little much fir one night. I will be back

The view was fabulous! The food in the restaurant was excellent.

Staff were friendly and overall the hotel was clean. Little far to walk to Clifton Rd but doable.

Great fall view; however, check in take over ten minutes to wait, the parking is not clear, can’t u guys use map or QR code with google map link? This made all checking cars all stock in front enter. Two of five elevators were only for restaurant… others are waiting. While we checking to room, there are leftover dishes on the floors… it was almost 4 in afternoon. This is not
