Very big and clean room. They provide what we need including extra pillows, extra mineral waters, etc. They have their own shuttle to HZMB port though it’s not as frequent as other hotels with casinos. The hotel located just across Fisherman Wharf and next to Sands Macau

Very comfortable hotel. Special thanks to Front desk staff Edgar for making efforts to help us locate a Japanese restaurant nearby, as well as helping us to arrange transport, seeing I have an elderly mum. The driver sending us to the bridge is also very helpful, assisting us with the process of crossing the border, buying bus tickets, and immigration. The staff always help us with the luggage. Thumbs up to their excellent service. All the staff are attentive and friendly, hotels are big, clean, and comfortable. Going around is easy and just beside Sands Hotel. We'll stay here again if going to Macau.

Great location, just right next door to Sands which makes it so easy to go to Cotai Strip or Air port. A short walk around for so many good local cafes and restaurants. Superb hotel facilities, big outdoor heated pool, big hot soaking jacuzzi both indoor and outdoor, steamed room and sauna. Breakfast was also great. Highly recommended hotel in Macao.

The staff was very kind, they gave me an extra bed for free. They gave us many complimentary items. The hotel was so clean. The suite room was very big. My family loved to stay here.

Very friendly receptionist. We arrived at 11 pm but they were still friendly and very helpful when we asked for information about the hotel and places to eat near the hotel and also the bus stops near it.

The Staff were very Helpful, Friendly and accommodating. The Bedroom was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool especially the jacuzzi and take note the sunblocked is free to use. Over all we rate our stay for five stars 😍🥰.

Nice hotel bgt, close to track f1 if pas gp close to sands macau, there is a shuttle dri ferry macau, unfortunately no shuttle to airport, it seems this hotel is not as crowded as sands and venetian, but hotel room is best. Btw the pool is amazingly steady.

Good, comfortable, all staff is good and communicative. especially Ariel he is very helpful once membrikan much info to us for places to visit in Macau 👍.

Great experience ever! Good location. There are free shuttle buses service from Ferry to the hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The room is clean and well-serviced. Excellent hotel breakfast.

its location is less strategic in my opinion

Hotel grand Lapa is very convenient for a family holiday, the rooms are newly renovated with new design, comfortable mattresses, nice pool area and there is free shuttle bus live street at the hotel next door (sand hotel)
