Very friendly receptionist. We arrived at 11 pm but they were still friendly and very helpful when we asked for information about the hotel and places to eat near the hotel and also the bus stops near it.

The Staff were very Helpful, Friendly and accommodating. The Bedroom was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool especially the jacuzzi and take note the sunblocked is free to use. Over all we rate our stay for five stars 😍🥰.

Everything is fine except the water drain in the bathroom has problem.

Nice hotel bgt, close to track f1 if pas gp close to sands macau, there is a shuttle dri ferry macau, unfortunately no shuttle to airport, it seems this hotel is not as crowded as sands and venetian, but hotel room is best. Btw the pool is amazingly steady.

Good, comfortable, all staff is good and communicative. especially Ariel he is very helpful once membrikan much info to us for places to visit in Macau 👍.

Great experience ever! Good location. There are free shuttle buses service from Ferry to the hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The room is clean and well-serviced. Excellent hotel breakfast.

Hotel grand Lapa is very convenient for a family holiday, the rooms are newly renovated with new design, comfortable mattresses, nice pool area and there is free shuttle bus live street at the hotel next door (sand hotel)

Great hotel to stay in Macau, near to the Macau Outer Ferry Terminal.

Old hotel.with nice and elegant decoration.. the staff all was good and helpful.. superb place to stay holiday.. vert recommended.. very closed to popular place in macau.. besides sands hotel.. closed with public transport.. all was perfect.. thanks grand lapa hotel.

Hotel everything is ok, just do not have shutle bus from and to the ferry terminal or airport.
