Got to the room jumped in the shower after working 14 hours turned off shower and noticed no towels. Only a small one for floor mat and one hanging off the hook on the back of the door. Looked down at the toilet paper holder and only a few squares with no spare. Looked down at the carpet in front of sink outside bathroom saw blood stains all over floor. Didn’t look like they had been there very long. Went to the phone to call front desk phone did not work. Extremely skimpy continental breakfast.

The area was nice but not large enough for parking during the Hot Rod Power Tour

Hotel was in terrible shape. Mattress looked broken down.decided to check out a couple hours after we checked in. Definitely needs renovation and deep cleaning

Breakfast didn’t amount to much !! Not much selection!! Small roll of toilet paper and no xtras !! They knew they were sold out and only had one check in person so had a long wait to check in !!

The staff was absolutely excellent extremely helpful. It was clean and there was a good breakfast.

Old outdated hotel. Pile of cigarette butts on ground at exterior door. Corridor smelled like smoke. Small tippy dog in a room in close proximity barking until 10:30PM.

The bed in our room was broke down all across the middle of the bed. You actually slept in a v shape position. The upholstered chair dirty, the tv screen all smeared. In the 4 days we were there, we got no clean towels or washcloths. (Guess they don’t automatically replace them unless you stay a week) A-little boy down the hall told us, when we walked past him and his mom. Don’t stay in room 104, it sucks. ( looked like they were moving to a different room) he said their outlets and lamps didn’t work. Though Mike and Shaun (at the front desk) were great. They were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is not worth the money. It really needs all new furniture and a good remodeling. We won’t be staying there ever again.

Pool was broken which was the only reason we booked this hotel and they didn’t even inform us upon check in. The TV was broken and we called to get it fixed they didn’t come up for almost 2hrs and then still didn’t fix it AND DIDNT COME BACK. The fridge was broken. The AC didn’t work almost at all. The breakfast if you want to call it that was extremely disappointing and almost no options. They didn’t start cleaning the rooms on our floor until the middle of the night so there was trash EVERY WHERE in the hallways the door to the back was broken so anyone could walk in at anytime. The whole experience was awful and I’ve stayed in a lot of crappy hotels this was by far the worst.

Broken TV and pool 1 room change made it horrible. But the service and the people working there were awesome

Fair hotel. Pool area was very nice. Night clerk very pleasant. Outside doors to back parking lot where we parked had no locks, no room key was needed. Not safe at all. Would not recommend this place.

The room overall was not very clean. Carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. The trash had some stuff left in it. And then there was a very suspicious stain on the full length mirror. The pool was so cold that my husband didn’t even want to try to swim in it

Definitely a 2 star hotel, cops everywhere, cleanliness was bad, maintenance don't know their job. Toilet could pull off the floor and another couple staying said the same. Dirty hard towel on blow dryer. Previous customers sock on the floor. Dead Bugs behind the toilet floor

Shower water pressure sucked!!! Contenental Breakfast was waffles and litte else!!

It was fine for what the price was

This hotel was a little dusty when we stayed for the night. The toilet seat had a urine stain from someone peeing and it probably splash on the seat. When it was time for is to take a shower the hot water was not working. I had to call the front desk and they had to run their water so I can have hot water. I had to call them in the morning as well. smh! Im glad it was only one night stay.

This hotel charged $64.00 security deposit at check in. Room was not smoked in it was left in good shape. The only reason they have for not returning deposit is that they are committing fraud and using Expedia to do it. Other than that the stay was fine

Checkin was great and hostess was friendly Negative was I found Starbucks frozen coffee in fridge which wasn’t mine and they need to do a better job of cleaning of filters on ac/heating units in rooms this is a common thing in all hotels I’ve stayed at Overall great value for what I needed will return in the future thankyou

Staff was helpful but several problems occurred with the reservation that made the stay less than desirable.

There was two dirty towels on the back of the door in the bathroom, and there was human waist on the side of the tib other than that, everything was great
