I checked in on 4/30/25 it was not what I reserved yes I reserve stand 2 queens with walk in shower because I had a family member with ADA that wouldn't be able to get in tub anyway I called front desk spoke with Abby she told me to contact expedia so I did I told expedia I was unhappy with room they contact front desk 25 minutes later front desk staff member Abby said I talk with my Boss and she said since I contacted expedia and I wasn't happy with room I needed to leave and she would refund money and I had until 930 pm to check out if not police would be called so I called expedia at 8:26 pm central time so im at front desk checking out at 8:55pm I hear staff member Abby on phone with police sayiny im refusing to leave and im getting aggressive with her. By the way I reserve room for 3people and she stated she needed i.d. from them I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this property extended stay america kci tiffany springs.I contacted corporate extended stay on 5/1/2025 they said they would contact me within 24-48 hours never heard back from them and its 5/5/2025

The breakfast is cheapy and meager. I had my identity stolen here over their WiFi. Will NEVER go back. Front desk is friendly but will literally nickel and dime you for every little thing so beware. I did enjoy the floor plan of the type of suite. Located far-off by the airport so not exactly an ideal spot.

The room reeked of carpet deodorizer. We didn't have hot water the night and morning we arrived. The wall was damaged between the toilet and the bathtub. The island between kitchen and living space was bowed downward. No lighting in the living space. Aside from the foldout couch the only other place to sit was a rolling desk chair at the island. Breakfast provided was: Coffee, Oat Meal, Packaged Muffins, Breakfast Bars.

This was always a great hotel to stay at, but this time, the front desk person, her name was Rin, was absolutely rude. She denied checking me in saying that the paper copy of my driver's license that I received directly from the license bureau was not sufficient for checking in because she couldn't get it to scan properly. I told her that I had just gone to renew my license and that was what the license bureau gave me until I received my actual card in the mail. She told me that unfortunately her manager did not care and that she was unable to check me in or refund my money. Then when I asked to speak with her manager, she said that I was not able to do that until the next afternoon.

The worst experience of my life. The room was not ready. When we asked to have the dishes delivered to our room for our kitchen AS PER THEIR IN ROOM AD they said I had to go down and carry them up myself, I can’t do that I have lift restrictions. We could not make food in our kitchen because of this. The room was no where near clean we refused to even eat in the room it was so gross we got takeout and ate in our car. Shortly after arriving my grandkids ended up pulling out a moldy bloody bandage from right under the bed where his shoe was. When I called down to the desk to request the room be re-cleaned three calls no answers! I had to order ice be delivered because the ice maker was turned off before we arrived and we had no ice. I cannot begin to tell you how horrible this stay was for us!

Upon arrival customer service representative was doing laundry. Waited time before another guest told us she was in the laundry room. We realized your under construction, electronics not plugged in the room and construction dust everywhere. Sheets dirty. Had false eyelashes stuck on the sheets!!! More than gross!!!! Very poor experience. Don’t feel enough staff on duty. Consider shutting down during the construction stage. Would not recommend your company. Thank you.
