I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel.

Very helpful staff , lovely dinner and nice room , amazing gardens

We had to stay overnight near Geneva airport unexpectedly after an incident shut the airport and choose the Domaine d Divonne. They were welcoming and friendly. In the morning we were having real problems getting a taxi back to the airport and Bruno on reception was brilliant. He phoned around taxi companies, other employees etc and managed to get us a taxi when it looked like we might miss our rescheduled flight. Excellent service, thank you

wonderful step into the past but with everything you need to have a beautiful stay. Summer evenings at the pool after a long day is definitely a plus. Staff very friendly and very attentive

Hotel felt a little tired. Staff were polite, concierge very helpful with luggage.

Big beautiful hotel

A wonderful property and very relaxing site. Gorgeous grounds, beautiful pool and very helpful staff. I would rate this hotel as five stars if the floor covering in the rooms and w.c. were upgraded. Our room had a big balcony with a view of the Mont Blanc. Divonne is a spa town and this hotel is within walking distance to all the amenities. I look forward to returning and would definitely stay at this hotel. The beds are comfortable and the linens fresh. The whole two stay was super!

Lovely place, friendly service, comfortable rooms. Adjacent and connected to the Casino, it’s a nice place for date night.

Beautiful early 20th century building, spacious rooms with great views.

Was hoping for more from this hotel. Overall I think this place is in need of some strategic updating, improve the materials and function without losing the old world charm. Negatives : The elevators are tiny and very slow. The room was hot and the a/c was worthless. The outside air was cool so we ended up opening the windows every night to cool the room down. This was done at the risk of exposing ourselves to anything that can fly or crawl though, as none of the windows had screens. Overall the decor was dark and old. The carpets were stained and in need of changing...we wore our slippers whenever our shoes weren’t on. The bed was pretty bad. 2 twin mattresses alongside each other that they were calling a King. I might’ve let that slide had they been comfortable but they were the thinnest mattresses I have ever been on and offered no supportive structure at all. Any amount of weight caused them to completely compress. Positives: Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location, building and space were all great. Nice balcony with our room, where we enjoyed their excellent quality room service food. Best room service scrambled eggs for breakfast. I can really see this property shining with right investment of quality materials and updating. Possibly listed on SPG/Marriott’s Luxury Hotel Collection. I really hope they give this hotel the love that it needs and deserves. It’s in a great location and has the space to really be a great resort.

A big old hotel in a park just next tobthe Casino and clearly priced and designed for it. Staff to the minimum though quite friendly. Nithing really to complain about but not my favorite place, lack of warmth in the atmosphere maybe.

Amazing hotel attached to the casino. The state rooms, lounges, dining rooms, bars , restaurants were decorated in a more opulent time & are unbelievable. Set in beautiful grounds with swimming pool. Sadly the bedrooms are in urgent need of renovation/decoration. But saying this, I wouldn't have missed our stay, pure luxury. Breakfast prices excessive.

Wonderful Hotel

The air conditioning was so hot. They fix it when im in. The room service so bad because they don’t have enough staff. The deluxe rooms is not a same size because some of it with 2 toilets and one toilet. The rooms with one toilet is bigger
