It’s just ok for one night.

There were questionable film over the lower level windows. The bathroom floor needed swept and mopped. The carpet for the room itself didn't seem much cleaner. Breakfast consisted of two cereal options or yogurt. The elevator sounded rough. The doors to change levels were missing the handles.

Not a great motel.

The room was dirty, the towels seemed to be dirty or with previous stains.

The room and bathroom were dirty. Missing outlet covers. Dirty shower curtain. Not worth $106 for the night and I’m pretty disappointed.

Towels were thin and see through. Pool heater was broken. Breakfast only had waffles and two cold cereals. No one was restocking. Beds had large duvets in the mattresses.

I did not stay, and I could not get a refund.

Bust in my room said we was smoking we was not took my deposit and started charging my card for all different prices and kicked us out ..was walking up all aggressive she every disrespectful never explain policy trying to get money back

Off the rip, double check what specific room your staying in because we booked for a listing with a jacuzzi room in the photos but upon calling to confirm this, they denied they even have such a listing with the jacuzzi photo. If you like bloody woman tampons and blood smeared bed sheets with bodily fluids on the pillow cases, then look no further. This is the spot for you! Included in this great hotel you could encounter a moldy and rusted microwave to keep you constantly sick! Not to mention the AC machines that blow nothing but dust and dirty in your face the whole time you sleep! If you also like random holes in the carpet, broken furniture, melted toilet seats and moldy bath tubs then come and enjoy your stay and this joke of an establishment! The worst experience ever seriously. Take your hard earned somewhere where it matters to people who care about their guests. Not these people!

Poor quality

Roaches on the floor, the bathroom, and only cold water!

The room was old looking, paint not taken care of.

Elevator was broken, said it broke the day before we arrived, a 3 day stay and it hadn't been fixed, Ice machine on the 3rd floor unplugged not working, Main door from stairway to our floor had no door handle of any sort. Partially drank bottle of water left from a previous guest. Toilet ran, called the desk they sent an older lady with a plunger however the issue wasn't that it was clogged it was an issue with the internal part of the toilet. she left with the plunger and never looked at the toilet and never came back. Toilet ran all 3 days. breakfast was a waffle maker or cereal. Okay for the price. But the lack of maintence shows.

Its and ok place

East st louis, you get what you pay for. Found a roach on my mirror when i woke up to pee at night. Couldnt sleep the rest of it.

This is 2 nd time stay within 7 months , next time stay here too during my southern Illinois visit

My toilet overflowed but they gave me towels to take care of it. But it was quiet and clean. They had decent breakfast options. I'd stay there again.
