Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean. Half decent rooms. Good experience.

We stayed in Whitby to go to a Bluejay game in Toronto. We used to go train to go down so we didn’t have to fight with the traffic and the busy Toronto area.

Quiet building, spacious rooms. Definitely staying here again when bowling tournament is here again.

Clean and comfy The room AC did not work so we struggled to sleep in 24-25 degree Celsius way too warm.

Staff are friendly and efficient. Wedding should be in the room to use with pullout couch.

Just a stop over was good enough for that.. clean enough for me but I am not too picky.. spent the night, light breakfast… just a basic hotel..

Was great i would definitely stay there again .. breakfast wasn't good and the coffee was garbage however the service was great

Silver fish in the bathroom sink. Told front desk and they said it was that time of year.

I was not initially given a key to the room as the staff said the machine wasn’t working. Then they announced (loudly for anyone to hear) what my room number was, what my name and email address was, and I discovered my personal information, address etc was displayed on a tablet where other patrons were standing and could view which is a huge red flag of safety protocol, especially for a female customer.

Location was perfect for us. Room was excellent and very clean. Suite is very nice.

Did not end up staying at the property. They were good to refund the non stay

Front desk staff very helpful. Rooms clean and we asked for room where there might not be as much noise from highway and they were very obliging. Would recommend this hotel

Beds are very uncomfortable, and the heater won’t work and blows cold air.

The property was okay, it served our purpose. However, it was very noisy due to being so close to the 401 Highway.
