Great room

Nice room

The staff made up for the lack of cleanliness and very cold temperature of the room. And the coffee sucked!

Spotless room , great location , efficient staff

Hotel doesn’t take debit/visa for security deposit (I booked with it). “We only take credit card” she said. “Cool I have that on my phone!”. “Have to have actual card” she said. “Why?”. “Policy” she said. I don’t have the actual card, that’s why I gave it in my phone. Their reply “sorry but we only take credit card. We will reimburse you without a penalty “. So I have to go home and cancel my plans? Nothing said this while booking! The fact that they wouldn’t offer to help find a solution, it was easier to send me home! BS

Rooms are beautiful. Not my first stay here and this time was just as expected

The property was okay for a night. Safe and met my needs. The breakfast was sufficient for 1 morning. Some fruit and yogurt would have been nice

Check in process was great and the staff wa so friendly. Place is clean and updated. Rooms are quiet despite hockey team in the hall.

Cable or satellite signal is intermittent. I’ve tried various rooms and it’s the same. There’s a pause at times and no signal. Needs updating. Otherwise it’s very comfortable and quiet.

Front desk was fine it’s the cleaning staff. I asked cleaning staff that I ran into to clean heavy used surface area of the elevator as it was visibly dirty while he was standing there on his cell fone. Nothing was done at all was still the same when I left. Also I know the top linen of the beds aren’t cleaned after every use… they smell!!!!

We were welcomed and provided a great room. We appreciated our room placement given the construction taking place behind the hotel and how close it is to the highway. We found parking by a door closer to our room. Staff is very friendly. They do a comfort check before bed to make sure you have everything you need and i thought that was a nice personal touch. Well done.

Generally, it was fok. Could be in better condition, some flickering and burnt out lightbulbs, but not uncomfortable. It was clean but still a bit dingy (ie stain on the carpet, paint drops on the bathroom floor). Staff were excellent though - very friendly and welcoming. Good location and reasonable price, so if you don't mind compromising on some of the finishes, it will be fine.

The property was great. The bed had a bit of a sag to it, and the coffee machine was out of order all 3 days, but otherwise, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again
