Hotel

Chose this hotel to spend a night in the city for my daughters birthday. They really wanted to stay with a pool and hot tub. After arriving at the property we realized that the hot tub as featured on Expedia no longer existed. This was very disappointing as that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The staff at the front desk was very nice but when I called for an extra bath towel as we had 5 in a room and they only stock 4 towels, the staff who answered wasnt the nicest. Breakfast was decent. The exterior of the property could use some repairs. They salted the front door area but left the other side entrances unsalted and I almost fell on the ice.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and very nice. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast Buffet was amazing. Best buffet we ever had in a hotel. Overall it was an awsome stay

It was a nice spacious room, close to parking and entry door. Nice and quiet. Staff were nice, polite and helpful.

Very clean rooms, comfortable bed, however all common areas were uncomfortably COLD (this was in December.) Could not swim in the pool because pool room was very cold and so was pool water.

Stayed here a few times. Reasonable rate. Clean room. Good food. Difficult to turn left onto North Front Street due to traffic.

Nice rooms, hallway carpeting could use an update or cleaning. Breakfast was good. No elevators to second level rooms which could be an issue for disabled guests.

The stay was as expected we have stayed here before so we knew what to expect. Pool is always cold, carpets are old but rooms are comfy. Only negative had to wait for the front desk clerk to come back for almost 10 min before checking in

Nice and clean and well laid out rooms. Breakfast was one of the best I've had for a included breakfast at a hotel. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

The room was pleasant and breakfast excellent. Would gladly revisit.

Building was old lighting was poor the fire alarm goes off once in a while and the swimming pool could be turned up and heat it was cold the Jim was okay. Food was decent for the all you can eat breakfast! The building could use a touch-up!
