The lobby smelled of stale smoke. Was weird that they had no card holders for the room keys they ripped off a piece of paper and hand wrote out room numbers on it. the ice water dispenser in lobby was out of cups The carpet was very dirty. the chairs in breakfast room were stained. the vending machines (multiple) were out of order. The bed sheets were not clean they were wrinkled and had crumbs between the sheets. The bathroom smelled of sour wash water. There were room keys laying on the nightstand from the last customer so did they even wipe anything down? In the morning, they ran out of bread items( english muffins bread ect.), no fruit, Coffee machine was broken so guests had to go to gas station across the street to pay for their own coffee. Every time a guest would ask the breakfast room attendant if they could refill something either it was broken, or they were all out. I paid for my room on hotels.com and was notified on while I was across the street buying my own coffee by my credit card company that the hotel also billed me for my room. I went back across the street and asked the front desk to refund it and was verbally abused by the desk clerk and had to listen to her complaints about her job and how short of help they were. Please stop advertising this property on your website if I could give them negative stars, I would award them a negative 5 stars they are beyond awful!!!

The sheets were filthy when I turned them down to sleep and when I requested new sheets, I was told that I made them filthy and that I could change them my self or leave the hotel.

Clean room, comfortable bed, convenient location, friendly staff.

You BBC pile tell they didn’t clean the room between guests…still garbage and a piece of toilet paper shoved in the peep hole…bed was terribly uncomfortable and staff was nice but knew nothing about surrounding areas

Room was nice. Breakfast was not well stocked, including no coffee.

Disgusting. Do not recommend doing it. Not allowed to get extra towels. Vending machines do not work. Guy at front desk said he just cleaned the room. I’m pretty sure the sheets were dirty as they were wrinkled like someone slept in it Comforter had what looked like dried boogers on it and stained. Shower curtain orange at bottoms. The floors were dirty that every time u got in the bed you had to rake it out from your feet. Trash under sink. Nasty behind the bathroom door. Told them and they didn’t care at all

This place is a dump then they charged 3.99 for incidentals they say they charge everyone plus the room smelled like pee. Toilet wasn’t working I’m sure it overflows hence why the room smells. I do not recommend this place and Expedia needs to refund me

The room is not clean. The carpet trim is falling off the wall. There was food on the floor and dirty tissues. Lots of scuffs on the furniture and bathtub. The door would not close unless we slam it shut.

I would stay there again.

I actually did not stay very long, as a family emergency pulled me away and I had to leave early. But the room was filthy. Stains all over the carpet, cigarette burns on the shower curtain (at least I hope they were cigarette burns and not something else). Elevator floor sticky as all get out. Definitely will look elsewhere next time.

Great hotel and great price.

My room was musty smelling, my window leaked water as there were storms the night I stayed. The ac kept shutting off. The ceiling had major watermark stains and cracks above the bed. It was just not a recommended place to stay. I did not feel safe at all.

Motel was just ok for a one night stay. The price was great but the moetel is very dated. Needs some major upgrading...too few electric outlets and usb ports were non existent. Room was reasonably clean but bathe was dirty in corners. No chair at the desk. Bed mattress has with minimal support for ones back. But the price was great!

This property is just off hwy 24. It is clean and well maintained

First set of room keys did not work, back down, second set of keys did not work. Moved to a different room. Someone was smoking in the room next to us - the smoke smell was terrible. The charges for the room included $3.99 credit card service, and $3.99 for hotel fees - which was fine - no issues with that what-so-ever. When I looked at my credit card statement the next morning it showed that those charges were added on a second time. I asked the gal at the desk about this - at first she said she didn't know anything about it. After some conversation, she said, "oh, don't worry about it, those charges will just drop off your card." I explained to her that I don't mind paying for the charges, however I do mind paying for them twice. My wife and I were going to have the advertised breakfast at about 7:30 - 7:45AM. There was one biscuit, no sausages, a couple small pieces of eggs, no waffle batter, and not much of anything else. When asked the gal about it. Her response was that they had a busy weekend - hmmm - it was Tuesday morning at 8AM. Will DEFINITELY not stay there again.
