The property is outdated and the hallway on our floor had a bad odour. The room heater was broken. After the third try they gave us a space heater that worked.

We were surprised that the Hotel did not have AIrConditioning in the rooms. As the name suggests it is located on the waterfront and the rooms were quite warm for spring and i would think by summer it would be very uncomfortable to stay in them.

I like that they atleast have egg cups with ham on their breakfast buffet even though it was described as continental.The staff are kind and polite to remind us that the water slide closed is close. Though they made a mistake of giving us one of a room with King bed instead of

Beds are comfy. Waterslide was inoperable and the whole reason for our travel was to enjoy the facility.

Stay was very good. Breakfast was below average.

Bathrooms were tight areas when trying to close door. Floor in room was nice but i could feel the air pockets when walking therefore not instaĺled properly.

The room was great and they even went and got my stuff that I forgot from my room an hour later after I checked out.

The property was in a beautiful location, right next to a huge park with big trees, perfect for going for walks. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the staff in the breakfast room were also very helpful, especially with the waffle maker. It was easy to find a good parking spot on the hotel lot. I didn't like the shower in my room - there was no bath mat on the shower floor, nor a bath mat on the bathroom floor, making things quite dangerous and the bars of soar very small, which was OK for me as I was only there one night.

Safe ,quiet, beautifu area, had a swimming pool and breakfast included, free parking and staff very friendly . Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay

We had a decent stay. Rooms could use some renovations and upgrading. Pool and slide were a huge bonus. The kids would have stayed on the slide all day. Would be nice for longer slide hours. Breakfast was a huge disappointment.

Cold room even though we bumped up the temp Noisy room Wind blew open patio doors and we couldn’t lock them Looked like vomit or feces left in tub. Could not take a shower. Yuk No bacon or sausage at the breakfast.

Just another overnight stay to visit family and we have yet to be disappointed. We have stayed here perhaps a dozen times now which, I suppose, speaks for itself.

The comfort rating was poor because the room was only 62F and the heating controls were inoperative. Staff were very prompt in bring us a space heater. Fix was good.

The doors are paper thin. Did not get sleep cause of the doors slaming and people talking. No fan , no hair dryer and no where to put your soap in the shower. Bed was very uncomfortable. Tv was not working when we arrived. The maid called for someone to fix it. This person did not knock on the door but just opened and walked in. All he talked about was how bad Canada's health system is. NOT IMPRESSED

We were glad to stay in this hotel the aminities are good. The hotel is clean.

The staff is very friendly and willing to work with you. Pre registration was easy to do. The only bad thing I can say is that there was no mention on the site that you needed a credit card for a deposit. The only time it was mention was in an email and when you try to contact them no one would answer the phone

This hotel was perfect for our purposes. We live 5 hours from our grandchildren, so we look for places that we can host get-togethers for visits. The 1-bedroom suite had a huge living room with dining room, large bathroom and large separate bedroom. This was great for hosting our families without having them in our bedroom! Also, the waterslide was a big hit with the kids! There are things that need some attention, the pinball machine is broken, the pool cues have no tips left on them and a broken triangle, there are huge holes in the parking lot, etc.. The hotel is old and out of date (could use some refreshing) but still comfortable. We would recommend, especially for those travelling with older children.

We went during an ice storm...lost power for the night but everything worked out. Daytime staff absolutely amazing... turned on the slide for my son so he could enjoy the pool. We will be back.
