Loved being in Old Town and enjoyed the atmosphere.

The layout of the hotel was confusing to find my room. The jacuzzi was nice but a lot of the jets didn’t work. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Hotel was not like the pictures

Overall had a nice stay with the exception of the toilet. It was broken and kept running, never filled back up with water. We had to manually fix it each time we used it. We went to the desk three times to report and each time told it was fixed. It would work once and then we were back to fixing it manually. Not what you want to do while you are away. A bit disappointing.

The reason I gave it this score is because they do not offer daily housekeeping services. Staff was nice and breakfast was very good.

The hotel was great, but in need of a few repairs.

Staff was great, very nice fire pit and twinkle lights and sofa at night. Building is a bit old and not updated but room was fine, bed comfy and room clean. Super convenient to airport and car rental return

Our room looked like it could of used a bit more care, it looked a little beat up...doors and carpet. Our shower water pressure was too low.

It is so cute, clean and conveniently located. The farthest we drove was a 20 minute drive for our entire vacation. Friendly staff and really good free breakfast.
