Perfect for what we needed and Gina was the absolute perfect host!!!!

My house had burned down and i was displaced about a month ago and have been renting hotel rooms on hotel.com

Everything was amazing. I will definitely stay again.

Check in i was notified i had reserved 2 rooms which was due to an error code on hotels.com. The property refused to refund the 2nd room. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pool area was dirty. My son & I went at opening time for the pool & several items of trash were rolling around pool area. The jacuzzi tiles were beyond gross. Didnt look like it had been cleaned in a long time. We wouldnt return to this hotel.

Friendly front desk and clean rooms. Next day they had clean towels for us.

Customer service was excellent and the rooms were very clean

The outside of the property is a little deceiving because it's a bit shabby in need of some TLC and the area is a bit run down. However, the inside was pleasant, clean and the Firestone Grill is right next door, you couldn't have asked for a better place to be next to.

Swimming pool little dirty and fan inside bathroom not working properly. I gave 4 starts because the beds were clean, offer breakfast and reception service friendly.

This was a pretty rough Ramada. Not terrible if you’re passing through on business! I’d say was fairly clean, Ottoman was stained like crazy and outlets were falling apart. The staff were lovely however! If anything was unacceptable I’m confident they’d find a solution for me so overall happy with the stay.

Nice hotel with big, spacious room, but definitely needed maintenance

Not enough hot water

Very dirty and run down. When I pulled back the covers there was Black hair in the sheets. The floors and bathroom were also dirty. The front desk staff was nice but this hotel is disgusting.
