Everything was ok

Nice room, great breakfast for a short stay great option

Un lugar seguro, comodo, centrico, desayuno caliente y variado, staff amable, hay solo un grill para hacer BBQ, la piscina no es muy grande.

Friendly clean hotel in beautiful Naples florida.

Centrally located and close to the beach

The room size was great but when we woke there were little bugs everywhere and in the food. Really gross.

Everything was do clean and so nice. The breakfast was amazing. It's minutes from the beach. The room had everything I needed. The supplied a free crib for our 9 month old baby. And the hot tub was just what we needed to end the day relaxed.

Good value for price, good breakfast but no so many fruit variety or options

The hotel was pretty nice in general, but not super impressed with the room. Beds were uncomfortable, shower had hair in it, peeling wallpaper, lamp shades had stains, carpet felt sticky, behind the tv was full of dust. It's just ok, but not worth the price.

Not great or the same as other residence inns. We booked a two bedroom suite, in other residence inns this normally includes one room with a king and the other room with two doubles. Not here.. the rooms are small and dark and consisted of each room having only one double.. leaving an adult and a child having to sleep on the most uncomfy sofa bed ever. When you walk into the room block you are hit with an over powering smell of fragrance, one that triggered my asthma. When that smell wasn’t there it stank of wet dog. It’s become apparent that allowing cats and dogs to stay at the hotel is their main priority. There is cat hair in the pool and dog poo everywhere.. I bought the poo up to two different members of staff and nothing was done about it. We also had a gas fire left on which thankfully I spotted.. even though we were told they had all been tapped off.

Need better ac in room also nedd to remodeling all bedroom lot of details like new bathrooms and painting all ceiling and walls better lighting, also needs music inpool area

My stay was great again the staff and property were great.

Modest but clean and quiet property that fit my needs for the week..

The hotel lobby and exterior, breakfast pool and surroundings were excellent...until you get inside buildings with rooms. Yes the rooms are tired and dated but I can live with that if clean. Not clean enough for what we paid. At least the bed was clean and comfy and we slept well. Laundry facilities was convenient and cheap ($2/load). Overall I would not stay here again due to the unclean room (stained sofas, carpets), and an overwhelming smell of chemicals throughout the room and hallways. Not sure what that was but I couldn't wait to check out!

Great location. Close to beach, shopping and nightlife. Rooms need updates ( carpet etc smelled musty). I was assured the property is being completely renovated this off season so I will definitely go back.

La habitacion tiene demasiado olor a humedad, los baños necesitan mantenimiento al igual que la piscina. Las ventanas necesitan cortinas para la claridad. Desayuno es muy bueno, bastante variedad.Excelente localizacion.

Property is in need of a face lift. Mattress was uncomfortable, basic utilitarian look. Breakfast included was awesome though, nice variety. Staff was accommodating. Location is convenient for shopping, traveling, dining. Not too far from 5th Avenue shopping district.
