We had an appointment at Dartmouth and this was the perfect place. We will certainly stay there again. I only wish we’d arrived there earlier in the day. Quiet. Comfortable. And a fully appointed kitchen.

Very clean place( bedding and kitchen). I slept over the night before my surgery in Lebanon NH. Hotel room looks like sterile place. Highly recommend if you like to stay clean hotels!!! BTW outside barbecue area looks great!

The facility had no hot water the week I stayed. I booked online and checked in late at night due to my wife being in the ICU at Dartmouth Hitchcock. Boiler repair was not mentioned to me at all, actually read it on a notice hanging in the elevator. It was a terrible experience that made my being there difficult to deal with. It was an expensive stay and I’m shocked they wouldn’t let a customer know about the the boiler repair

I accidentally booked the wrong day and had to pay for 2 days. Never again booking Expedia!

Our stay was great. The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was convenient and had lots of options, the staff was nice and helpful.

We had intended to stay for three nights which turned into one because of illness and my family. The management was understanding when we had to cut our trip short. We were on our way of the elevator being out of service when we arrived, and they were able to accommodate us and put us on the first floor, which was crucial.

Property was clean and in a safe and quiet location. Breakfast was excellent and included in the rate.

Everything in the room was spotless and seemed new - kitchen appliances and such - Room had good lighting, comfortable seating, and was quiet.

the hotel has all the conveniences.

We have stayed here before and the property is nice and clean. TgStaff is friendly. The down side for this stay is the only elevator was broken.( They fully disclosed this though and it is only 3 floors)Breakfast selection and fruit freshness was not as good as the last time.Would stay here again.

A nice day. Good for my business trip. But needs updating as far as technology goes. Nowhere to charge my phone.

Staff was very helpful.Went out of their way for us.
