The property was very close to shopping outlets, dining and other areas of interest.

It was okay for the money.

Place was ok value for the price. No chairs in the room to sit only the bed. No ice bucket.

The staff were very nice. Room was clean. We brought our dog didnt know that we had to pay an extra 40.00 dollars. No place for dogs to go to the bathroom. I didn't like hearing what was going on next door maybe insulate the walls where the beds are.Didnt like the people living their watching us pack up to leave. All in all I would recommend staying.

No house keeping or cleaning person.

Room was dirty, spent some time cleaning. There was no other options to leave day of. Pictures shown are not what the facilities look like. Office smelled of cat urine. Rooms had dust, holes in the wall, markings everywhere, someone’s fecal matter in the toilet. Beds were rocks even after going to the local Walmart and getting things to sleep on top of.

For the price, I was very underwhelmed. Stick on tile in the bathroom has shifted and subfloor was exposed, only 1 nightstand and no other horizontal surface in the room aside from the bathroom counter, key cards stopped working 2 nights in a row, room was very damp despite us running the AC constantly.

Its not very clean. And they charge a 40 dollar pet fee. Beyond ridiculous.

The bathroom door was noisy and freezer was a solid piece of ice therfore unusable. Stairs we're quite steep for a couple in there 70's won't stay there next year

Website said there was a pool but it was filled with gravel. Room was dirty and outdated. Old sticky carpet and floor in bathroom was ripped. The amount of money for a crappy place to stay. Would not recommend it to anyone

The room was decent if you are just looking for a room to sleep in. Nothing fancy. For the most part it was clean, could use an update. When I typed the address into the GPS it took me to a totally different location.

The picture of the room did not match the room. There was very old carpeting that could be replaced due to odor. An AC unit needs to be clean severely smelled of mildew when turned on. Bedding, furnishings, bathroom were all updated. Easy access to USB port. Lots of plugs which was great. Front desk attendant was extremely friendly and accommodating. Considering this was a last-minute booking, I was grateful to have it.

Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. We left and returned home since we were 2 hours away. Windows cracked, covered with clear tape, mold in windows, a/c, bathroom. Floors heaved, dirty, needed sweeping at the least. We aren't needy when it comes to a room but it needs to be clean and cared for, even if it's old.

Room was not cleaned well. Found multiple items around room such as hair ties and a dirty sock. When you laid in the bed your feet were higher than your head on pillows. Had to rotate the mattress to improve that. Remote has no back and no batteries. Had called and left a message prior to our stay trying to actually extend our stay and never got a return phone call. Very run down and poorly maintained room

They didn’t not have what they posted. Very unhappy on what they showed compared to what I got.

Horrible filthy hotel. Seems there are also sections that are rented as long term and therefore the other guests were very noisy and inconsiderate of the other guests. Filthy rooms and very outdated. The check in clerk was very unfriendly and unprofessional. One hour into our stay we considered leaving. Couldn’t sleep with the noise throughout the resort. Do not waste your money or time staying here
