Ok stay, had an accessible room . Adjustable hand held shower adjuster to set height of the shower head was broken.

I stayed in room 134. The bathroom definitely had water damage and probably shouldn't have been used. The sink faucet wasn't even connected so I had to brush my teeth in the bathtub. I am 99% certain that this room wasn't supposed to be used because the first room that I was assigned to had people in it.

The first room was very dirty, tv, fridge and microwave didn’t work. Asked for a new room and that room had no covers on outlets, had to have the front desk wiggle the plug in for my appliances to work. When asking for new towels they only gave 2 even though we were in a 4 person room. Hotel was dirty.

The hotel is dirty. The rooms stink. Breakfast isn't good.

The staff was very friendly the room was very clean very convenient space lot of restaurants around the hotel

Felt a little catfished .. the pictures were so nice property was not. Stained sheets, toilet wouldn't flush.. overall just a crappy place. Did not even finish my stay checked out early!

Breakfast was self serve waffles, two prepackaged muffins, and corn flakes.

We booked for 2 nights but couldn’t stay the 2nd night because it was so dirty. Shower and toilet were just gross. The mini fridge smelled so bad it stuck up the whole room. We checked in so late the first night that we roughed it out just to get some sleep. Lost my money on the 2nd night but we just wanted out of there.

The microwave was a fire hazard. I tried warming a cup of water and burned the cup. Then I noticed evidence of prior damage on the microwave. I notified the front desk, but it was not removed from my room.

Keycards wouldn’t work. AC didn’t work. Smelled. I’ve never been to an establishment where you had to get your toilet paper from the front desk. To be fair, we didn’t actually stay. We got a room elsewhere for the night.

Limited signage and hard to see the building until you are directly upon it. Newly renovated they say, but still needs attention. Roon 226 had very bad odor, A/C unit indicated filter reset . No in room or lobby coffee. No elevator. Room was clean and good bed. Carpet appeared new but felt sticky and damp.

The tub and shower could us replac ment. the breakfast table was meager. The receptionist was dtandoffisj. The cl angers from d not understanding and English. My room was not touched again er the h first st night. The facility was half d third r each:

They called right before i was going to check in and canceled my reservation. I still have not gotten a refund

Stains on the sheets, the key didn't work and never got us one that did work so the only person that could get in our room was the staff, AC didn't work for more than 10 mins before you had to turn it off and back on again. And never in my life have i been asked to take a picture of my license.... absolutely the worst $80 I've spent... but does make sense now why it was only 80

Outdated and poorly ran.

This property is is ran very poorly on top of outdated accommodations. I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw that my shower curtain was being held in olace with a zip tie.

Hotel is dirty, trash up and down the hallways.Bed to big for the frame, side were hanging off.

This property is overdue for a remodle
