Ask for clean sheets! Its more of a roach motel, then a hotel. Burned covers, sheets already had crumbs under the blankets. How's that if they are changed?? Gross...

This place has bed bugs. We couldn't stay the night because we were itching all night

This place was disgusting. Roaches, broken furniture, dirty bedding, I dont think under the beds have ever been vacuumed. Will not ever be staying there again.

When walking in people hanging out smoking the furniture in the lobby out dated the room was old furniture smells of cigarette me not my husband smoked

The have bed bugs in the room the staff was rude and almost didn't get my money back cause of the staff being so rude about the bugs. Had videos and photos of them in microwave crawling the walls and baby ones and big ones.

I enjoy the stay every time, it's a place i can really rest well.

This was the worst experience for me , I book in this property, and I regret that decision, the sheets or dirty , the room don’t look nothing like it does in the pictures online, the hallways stinks , the whole place is dirty, there is beg bugs , no elevator, no houseskeeping I was there for 4 days and no one came in to change the sheet or clean the room, they only pick up trash and ask if you need towel, that’s all, nobody comes in to clean the room, it is disgusting in there, I would never recommend this place to anyone.

It was a great place to be with family, quiet and cozy , just what we needed.

There were bedbugs and roches everywhere. The bedding had stains and cigarette holes in them. And the bedding was definitely not washed recently as the pillows still smelled of the last persons cologne.

The room was filthy. It had bugs smeared on the walls. The bedding was stained. The mattresses were stained as well. The room had roaches. The bathroom door was kicked or punched in at the handle. Very rude personal at the front desk. Wish I had taken pictures. Would highly recommend not to ever stay at this dump.

It's a really nice and quiet place to stay, the staff is very friendly as well
