Vey clean big and nice rooms

Large hotel. Roaches in room. They hand you a set of towels at front desk.

My grandson got ate up with bedbugs.

Stayed there 10 days while my baby was in the nicu born 2 months early

Easy check in and out, easy parking. The ceiling panel above the toilet was behind the toilet leaving opening wirh the floor joist, insulation, etc. showing. The chair would not roll due to the support/raising bar being pushed all the way through the wheel base and extending 4" below the wheels. A few patched spots on a wll that was bare drywall and not painted or finished out. Supposed to have breakfast, but only had 3 small muffins available and cereal, but no milk. When I asked, they had no more. Staff was courteous.

This place should be closed down Phone don’t work If u want to sleep in a nasty bed fight roaches & just never get help Stay here If u want nasty floors stay here. It was a awful stay Checking in asked for downstairs room was upstairts You ask office for help they say I just work here Ok that’s my point help Manager never on site when needed Whole place is a shame I would not let a dog stay here So sad sheets nasty Look at pictures

A couple was upstairs fighting and the woman was being beat all they did was tell the couple to be quiet or leave! They also didn’t have any towels and no handicap parking

Not good at all...cockroaches and other bugs in our room...they were after our food and luggage...the guy at the desk gave us a mostly empty can of Raid...i killed what i could but they were still around in the morning...this has to be our worst stay ever...i went early in the morning to get breakfast...there was barely nothing there...the coffee was basically just warm water...now i notice i am also charged a 10$ charge because i left the key in the room...ive never heard of this before...i have been a loyal client of Hotel.com and i hope you will get back to me on this matter

I’ve been staying there for weeks and I rebook everyday and today for some reason they couldn’t find my reservation which was paid for…
