Overall this hotel is a great option for price and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location just isn’t close to much of Duluth’s highlights. However, it is close to the highway as an option to get to where you’ll probably want to explore.

I am not sure how it got such good reviews. It was a very basic hotel. Window style air conditioners which did not cool room. Ran out of Hot water during shower. Breakfast was the worst Ive seen. Spa area.... not sure? Hours were 9am till ? ... but door was locked. The gal at check in tried to recharge the room on the card I already paid in full. She was confused and told me that when you book through 3rd party.... they credit so they have to rerun it. A headache at 1230am. The stay was not worth the $160 a night.

The hot tub looked half full on this stay and the last time we stayed here it was out of order. Blankets on the bed felt like plastic. Otherwise check in was informative and easy. We were there from 9pm until 8:30 am. I like the checkout by using my phone and leaving the keys in the room.

When I entered my room, I found a pair of men's underwear on the floor behind the door.

Clean and quiet. The evening attendant was amazing, especially with my escape artist 2yo. Breakfast options were OK for us, nothing exquisite. Would definitely stay again!

We did not stay ..the room was dirty, there were used wash clothes in the room and the bed was unmade the front desk person even said ..." they must have had a squatter in the room." this did not make us feel safe with this hotel. We asked for a refund and were told we had to go through Hotels .com

Was surprised to see that even though i had a do not disturb sign on the door the maid still went in my room when i was not there. I have never had that happen at previous hotels.
