Our room wasn’t cleaned. The pillow cases had a really bad strong odor, there were hairs in the bathroom. We didn’t felt it was a good place to bring our children’s. .

There was food

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean & comfortable, the staff were very nice, and the breakfast was decent. I also liked the location; close enough to the highway for easy access and just outside of the main tourist areas but still close enough to easily visit everything. Overall, I would stay here again & recommend that my friends & family do too.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was good and clean. Hotel in general was pretty quiet when it mattered. Breakfast could have had a few more options, but it wasn’t bad. Would stay again!

The hotel itself was clean, but it smelled horribly. Not sure if it was the carpets, but it had that basement moldy smell. Pool was over chlorinated.

Good price and decent location

Was only for one night but was very clean comfortable and had everything we needed.

The only trouble I had was the room next to mine had a couple that argued and fought most of the night. The following morning they were gone and no linger there. The amenities were great and I had no concerns.

First room we got smelled of mildew, switched us to another and was fine,breakfast was a joke, pool was dirty I'm not surprised being the cheapest stay in the dells but if you are debating getting a nicer room I would. The room itself was good but overall hotel was dirty with lack of basic maintenance

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We stayed for two nights. There is no place to hang wet towels or bathing suits in the rooms. The breakfast had very little choices. The pool water was cloudy and the hot tub water looked green. The grounds outside are unkempt and makes the place look run down.

It was good, and quite peaceful.

It was overpriced and the breakfast was very cheap and minimal.

The lobby makes the first impression and this lobby needs updating. The floor is dirty and the whole area needs updating. The odor in the hallways was musty and just really needs a good cleaning. The bedroom was clean so that was a plus, but some of the washcloths are stained and need to be tossed. The area outside is sketchy... again needs a really good cleaning. Staff was great.

Whole building run down and musty smell also in room, not enough breakfast by 8am, had til 9, spider in refrigerator, no extra toilet paper or towels in room and had to keep asking for them, broken things in room, not cleaned or straightened up after first night.

S*x in the Open / Police Presence / Green Hot Tub — Families: Please read this before booking. I booked four rooms here based on an 8.2 rating. Big mistake. The photos didn’t reflect reality. Rooms were dirty, worn down, and smelled horrible. One was completely unlivable. Bedding was stained, toilets overflowed in two rooms, and no one ever came to fix anything. Staff said, “We’re not maintenance.” We had to share bathrooms. There was zero housekeeping. We ran out of toilet paper. No coffee maker. Breakfast was sad. Vending machine snacks were expired by a year. Pool had a weird film, and the hot tub was green. Worst of all it was not safe. One morning, my 12 year old came running back saying I needed to call 911. A man was beating a woman outside our room. He was arrested but back at the hotel the next day (staff said they weren’t allowing him back in) Another night, my son walked past people having sex in the pool area. I reported it. Staff was rude, especially when we asked to switch rooms due to the smell and there was confusion with the teens. We spent $1600 for 4 nights and every day was awful. I thought I was being budget-smart. I was wrong. We visit the Dells every year, but Super 8 is no longer an option. If you have kids, please don’t make the mistake I did.

We were traveling to a wedding from Northern Wisconsin and needed a pet friendly room for our dogs. The young man that checked us in was very accommodating. We did have to switch rooms as the first was not cleaned, but that was resolved quickly. I don’t expect pet friendly rooms to be perfect but our room was adequate for our needs. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was crazy busy and they were running out of food so we just grabbed coffee and checked out.

When we checked in, the room was so humid that the carpet and bedding were damp to the touch. We turned the A/C up and left for an event. When we returned several hours later, the room was no less damp. Bedding and towels had quite a few stains.There was one bath towel for three guests. There was essentially no soundproofing- we heard every sound in the hallway and every footstep in the room above us. I assume this is a franchise Wyndham, but it really turned us off the brand.
