A favorite stop over on road trips from CO to AZ

I would give a 0 star if I could. I booked a room I didn’t end up needing the same day and now they’re telling me there is no way to refund it. I hope you guys enjoy that free money for your bull policies and 0 help. I have had good experiences before but I will never stay at a Super 8 again. They told me if I had just cancelled my booking 24 hours ago I could get a refund but I booked literally 6 hours ago. Manager was no help and kept hiding behind terrible excuses. Ridiculous

It was clean and comfortable.

Close to the venue we were in town for.The shower didn't work or the air conditioner.The door to the room didn't lock or close all the way.

Towels were yellowish and some were threadbare. No coffee was provided Bath was dirty and painted white which was peeling off in chunks.

We arrived late (10pm) and no one was at the front desk. We rang the bell and phoned twice before someone arrived. The hallway smelt terrible and so did the room. Opening the window helped the air quality and was much better than turning on the very noisy AC. The dirt in the bathroom (behind the door and on the hair dryer in particular) was thick. We couldn’t get the tv remote to work and could not find anyone at the front desk to help. We left in the morning without checking the breakfast. We were not eating in a hotel that dirty. Very disappointing.

So the price should let you know what to expect. The hotel is run down and not very clean. The breakfast has decreased in quality over the years. I stay there because of the value not because it is a nice place to stay. The towel bar was falling off the wall. The toilet was loose. Seat was loose.

It offered all I needed for a overnight stop on the road. The bed and chair were more comfortable than the AirBNB I was at the previous 4 days.

This was a quiet and clean stay on our journey. Its proximity to a restaurant next door was wonderful providing dinner without more driving!! Thank you!

Kids running around with out adult supervision screaming all night!!! We got no sleep! Manager did nothing! PICK a different Hotel that cares!!! Refused to give us a refund!

the place was being remodeled. the building I was in the halls smelled like rodent urine but the room didn't smell.the chairs in the room had stains all over it and the top bedding in my room had what looked like cigarette burns in it. the check in staff were nice.

First the good: clean sheets, hot water, quiet. The bad: mold on ceiling in shower was gross. Mold in the shower itself where the seams come together. Lazyboy chair broken. Garbage near back door leading to parking smelled awful. Breakfast was sparse.

The rooms were filthy. I looked at 4 rooms and the toilets were all filthy. They looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The bath tub in our room was also dirty. I skipped the shower. The hallways were full of mattresses, flooring and other assorted stuff. The floors in the hallways were also filthy. They are apparently replacing the carpet but the existing carpet had not been vacuumed in a very long time. There is some renovation going on. Outside there were piles of old carpet laying about and very unsightly. Large quantities of trash lined the edge of the parking lot. Apparently it’s too much trouble to pick this trash up to at least make the hotel look better. It is by far the worst hotel I have ever been in.

The motel was dated and room feels filthy upon entry. However, we still decided to stay for the night but to our horror, bedbugs started crawling out from under the sheets. See photo for evidence!

The recipient was so kind. He change the room for us more bigger room.

It was ni e and quiet. The front desk staff when we checked in was nice and friendly, but in the morning the service was terrible. Nobody was around. In the breakfast room coffee was empty and it took half an hour before somebody showed up to make more. By then we were already done with eating.

The rooms are adequate, but the hallways are dingy. Breakfast is fairly poor.

Check in was easy. They charge more for dogs than what is listed on Expedia. Hotel was fine. They packed up breakfast a half hour before the hotel has listed. No biggie. A little Raisin Bran would have been nice to start the day. My little complaint is the next morning someone cut my ratchet strap and tried to get into my cooler on my cargo carrier. They were unable to get in there and get my food like a honey bear. I noticed the night before the lot next to the hotel there were lurkers outside like characters from a John Carpenter film. It was fine for a night. Bring your food in the room with you.
