I'm an animal lover, so having ants pour out of the A/C was lovely. As an added bonus, I knew I wouldn't be spending the night alone. If I wanted to feel closer to someone, I could have used the stained wash cloth. It was probably washed, but one could always hope! The A/C did make the mold smell go away, while I was out for dinner. I bet that A/C has a good filter! Having fruit flavored yogurt, which contained no fruit, was a new experience for me. So much to say. So little time.

The place was OK for the price but very noisy neighbors and the bathroom was disgusting and there was hair and garbage in my bed and I didn’t feel really safe

The room was very small, not clean, staff was rude

The staff were pleasant; however, the outside and entryways of the facility were dilapidated and dirty upon our arrival. The property did not give a clean and inviting feeling. We did not stay. Chalked it up to a donation, provided there was no refund.

The very small outside area for the dogs had no poop bags and was full of dog poop. I took my own bags and so should other people, but it wouldn’t hurt to make sure there are bags and have it cleaned up. There was overflowing garbage and cigarette butts everywhere.

I really do not like uncarpeted floors both in the room and corridors. It just increases the noise level and feels colder.

I got locked out of my room twice. The second time I got locked out. I was locked out for four hours without any emergency maintenance, which made me 4 1/2 hours late for work which made me lose the contract that I had as a traveling nurse I had my dog with me which they knew ahead of time that I was bringing my dog and they also know that my dog had high anxiety and separation anxiety, and I moved rooms three times because they did not place me in a proper spot where there’s no children or other patrons that might be disturbed with a person having a dog. The breakfast is terrible. The linen is old. The towels were used a lot. They were dingy dirty, looking which I did not use. The beds are not being cleaned. You can see all the dust on the headboards which is not being cleaned so much dust and dirt behind the beds, which is telling me nothing is being moved out the way when it’s being cleaned, so my stay was very terrible on top of losing my contract because I was locked out of my room and cannot get in with my key or any other front desk, keys or anything and not having emergency maintenance in a situation like that

Hotel room was basic and comfortable as expected for the price. Place close to the highway to just sleep and move on. Really the only problem was a major one. NO HOT WATER in the morning...really no excuse for this.

Liked that there was a fridge and microwave, the room could stand some updating, the best thing about the room was the bed,rest of the furniture could be updatedand bigger pillows,but the staff was great.

I should have done more research. I actually did not stay here, I checked in and immediately felt uneasy. 3 hours later I asked for my deposit back and checked into another hotel in the area. Not a place for a safe stay.
