This hotel smelled so awful I almost decided to leave and sleep in my car. The hallways literally smelled like poop and the rooms were not much better. It was clean and the check in person was friendly enough, but the smell was nearly unbearable.

Very good service and helpful staff.

Liked the price

The mattress in the room wasn’t even a mattress! It was boxsprings with a very thin pad over the top. If one of us moved a foot or an arm, the whole bed shook and rattled all night long, never have had such terrible sleep. Would never use this hotel again. The separate is nice looking from the outside and the lobby is OK looking but the holes with the rooms is terrible.

This is my first time staying at a Super 8 and i have was quite please with the service and how clean the hotel was. I would be staying here again.

Horrible service. I was changed 25 dlls because according to the front desk we dirty towels with lipstick! 1 none of the guest in the room use lipstick and 2 if that would of been the case washing the towels wouldn’t solve removing the mark? SHOULD GUEST NOT USE HOTEL TOWELS TO PREVENT EXTRA CHARGES? I will attach pictures sent to le when I called to see why I was charged. You can see its not a permanent stain! WASH YOUR TOWELS AND IT GETS SOLVED.

We had a good time. Although I had checked in online including copy of my D/L I had to return to the car to get my car registration. Never had that happen before. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was limited. Out of coffee, batter for waffles, bagels and butter. I felt they needed more help as the staff was multitasking and struggling to cover it all. Trying though!! Overall the stay was good.

I reserved a double room and upon arrival I was semi greeted by Chrysta. I gave my name and she sat on computer for a few mins while mumbling and at one point says “the system is ********. Great use of words on the job. She than told me that the room I booked is dirty and she had no other room that would be suitable for me. It was 1:15am in the morning and I had just driven 10 hours. She told me if I wanted I could wait an hour and have it cleaned. I ended up having to sleep in my vehicle as it took almost an hour to even get a refund for the room. Absolute joke

Hotel is older and floors we’re disgusting but overall not the worst place I’ve stayed and I’d stay again for a night if I had to.

Good

It smelled awful, there was no room to walk by others in the room, the chair at the desk was falling apart, the bathroom was cramped. We did, however, enjoy the breakfast.

I loved the red touches in the front lobby, mirror and lamps and all.

Room had an overwhelming bleach smell. Poor television channel options. Only had 4 stations to choose from to watch. The remote control didnt work. Every button you pushed changed a viewing option instead of doing what is was supposed to. The dresser top, desk top, ice bucket and remote were very sticky with an unknown substance. The smoke detector was missing with only the wires hanging out. Whole property neeeds upgraded, very ran down. Shower head was dirty so did not use it. I have stayed at Super 8 many times and this location was the worst I have every seen. Waist of my money. Very disappointing given that all the hotels around it are nice.

Check in was smooth, I found it to feel unsafe that anyone can walk in through the back or side doors instead of having to scan your room key. however, the biggest inconvenient and frustrating that I was very upset about was that the water was shut off on the second day of my booking from mid morning until past 10pm! Without any appropriate notice of this happening. When I called the front desk I was told the water heater was being replaced. I just didn’t appreciate having to deal with this and having to pay pretty much full rate but going without water without appropriate notice at all. Feels like I wasted my money and even though I was feeling unsafe.

The service was great. The staff that was working during our stay were very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was pretty dirty

very noisy. Employees were having a party at 3:a.m. woke us all up.
