Check in was smooth, I found it to feel unsafe that anyone can walk in through the back or side doors instead of having to scan your room key. however, the biggest inconvenient and frustrating that I was very upset about was that the water was shut off on the second day of my booking from mid morning until past 10pm! Without any appropriate notice of this happening. When I called the front desk I was told the water heater was being replaced. I just didn’t appreciate having to deal with this and having to pay pretty much full rate but going without water without appropriate notice at all. Feels like I wasted my money and even though I was feeling unsafe.

The service was great. The staff that was working during our stay were very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was pretty dirty

very noisy. Employees were having a party at 3:a.m. woke us all up.

The front end staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and bed comfy.

I expected better with the Wyndem name attached. I stayed 3 nights - no room service - didn't even empty garbage. No smart TV; only analog. Had to change rooms because sink didn't work. Staff was helpful, even gave me an extra blanket. The included breakfast was excellent - even served eggs.

The front desk clerk provided excellent customer service - she was positive, polite, made good eye contact and was cheerful about our request for an extra blanket. The property was a little tired - the halls had an institutional feel but were clean and the room needed touchup paint in several places.

Hotel needs to hire professional maintenance personnel. The caulking in the bathrooms looks like my 2-year old grandson did it. Tile loose in hallways. Needs to be repaired..

The check in experience was a bit odd. The girl at the front desk was sick and barely had a voice. I could also not tell if she had other health issues, or was tweaking. She seemed unable to concentrate and had difficulty checking me in. A bit bizarre and uncomfortable, honestly.

Lots of room for parking , convent location Good value for money

You get what you pay for. Our room had food from the last guests as well as their key card sitting on the desk. Made me question if the bedding was clean. Breakfast was good. For a quick stop, it worked

Staff was great, breakfast was decent giving you a few options. Obviously there are work crews using the hotel as yogurts, fruit, etc. were gone when we arrived at 8 am. Hotel needs some work. Need to watch when walking in hallway as flooring is starting to lift. Room was decent and clean but could use an update.

The room smelt funny there wasn’t enough pillows or blankets on the bed. The toilet felt like a child’s toilet, the carpets were gross and stained , cabinet holding the refrigerator was dirty. The refrigerator was noisy all night long, the fridge and freezer were disgusting. If it wasn’t for the fact that we were just sleeping there a couple hours after driving for 13 hours would’ve complained but just wanted to go to sleep

The property is comfortable. Bed very comfortable and pillows. Long walk ( because currently an outside door doesn’t work) from the parking lot). I wanted a room to oversee my car while I was in the room. Staff was helpful.

The hotel is Is old and needs renovation. The general manager was excellent and easy to deal with when we checked into our room. He didn’t work was freezing. The television didn’t work well. The general manager moved us to a new room where the fridge was making noise all night.
