I enjoyed the hand bars in bathroom

Nice and comfy room

Didn't like seeing hairs in the bathroom. On the tub and floor Past guests food leftovers in microwave.Reported and was to be taken care of,wasn't. Manager situation,she didn't care about a situation that happened. The breakfast guy was awesome. The check in guy was decent. They are lacking staff.The Manager actually said things get missed. I should not have to reclean the bathroom. The female manager has customer service to learn.

Nice staff, clean.The only thing was the security doors on the side of the buildings were broke.So anybody could walk in

Bed was very uncomfortable, hair all over the shower and did not use it yet.

Clean and convenient, nice staff. Only negative is the bed was not that comfortable, super thin blanket. All else was fine!

Enjoyed my stay, it’s my go to place to stay when in the area.

The room was not very clean. The first night the smoke alarm battery started beeping at 4:30 a.m.. which woke all of us up and then they had to bring maintenance in to change the battery. Obviously none of us could fall back asleep. The second night my son threw up in the bed so I had asked for new sheets. She told me to put the old sheets in the bathroom and housekeeping would come in the next day to take care of it. When we got back to our room no one had come in and when I called it was the same staff that said she forgot to tell housekeeping. A couple of the staff at the front desk were not that friendly.

Room was clean and well-maintained. AC needed more freon; it never got cool enough on very hot days. TV didn’t fully work but staff was quick to fix

It was OK

We were staying in a upper room over the parking lot. At 3:00 am a loud party broke out right below us in the parking lot. Yelling, laughing, cursing, ect. This went on for about 30 min. Called the front desk and he said he had talked to them before and told them to knock it off, but he'll talk to them again. After about 20 mins. it got quieter. It was hard to fall back to sleep after that happens - especially when you think you might get targeted. Our bed was really bad. Just a hole in the middle where we both slide into - it was worn out. Sorry about a bad but honest review.

Very old motel. Small rooms. Rundown. Hope I don’t have to go to Aberdeen and stay there again.

The lobby was pretty nice and had a cool vibe. However, the room could use some updates — a fresh coat of paint and new furniture would go a long way. The air conditioning barely worked, and you could see outside from where the air conditioning was falling apart from the wall myself. The bathroom needs major updating and smelled like stale, cigarette smoke, it was disappointing. The breakfast bar was mediocre at best. That said, we got what we paid for. Since we only used the room to get ready and sleep, it served its purpose.

It was a fair stay

This was the 2nd time i stayed here and its a quiet hotel where the staff is friendly and fast at checking me in

Compfertable and clean

Sits on the East/West road through town, but not as close to North/South. Decent gas and food options nearby.

I tried to cancel my reservation and they told me it was already paid but I only reserved the room and should not have been charged. I called back within 10 minutes of booking!
