Good value

It is certainly nice for event stays. I would only give the food at the restaurant a B. But the staff was very good. The bar area with the waterfall is cool. I've stayed here several times and will again.

Paid a lot of money for one night stay they had to move our room the heat and ac was making horrible noises

Comfortable place to stay. Was located right where we wanted to be for an event. Decent price.

The elevator werent working veey good!

Clean, good food, super friendly staff, and comfortable bed!! Great place to stay

Check in was nice! The floors in our bathroom were dirty with other people’s hair on the floor. Only one elevator was working and at times had to wait 15 minutes to get to a level because of how busy it was that weekend. The only stairs took you outside!

I try to stay here whenever I stay in Sioux Falls due to the amazing service.

Didn’t have a room service menu in my room. Had to call for a breakfast and dinner menu on separate occasions. The room is dated, however it was comfortable. The woman at the front desk (am shift) was very friendly and accommodating. I believe her name is Dee?

Clean room and friendly people

A calm end to a series of flights from Anchorage….. We were exhausted and sick of planes and airports. This was a good night sleep after a very irritating 30 hours in airports. Thanks.
