The front desk employee, Emanuel, was courteous and friendly, and he upgraded my wife and I to a view of the Lake Erie, which was awesome.

Staff was super friendly and our room was ready prior to checking.

Clean and nixlce people. Great location. Can walk right to the Rock N Roll Hall of fame and Euclid st. And just a few extra blocks to Progressive field

I loved everything about my stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The overnight front desk person, Christopher was amazing! I asked if they had a fan i could use and he gave me the one he was using. I was not expecting that. Thanks to Christopher, I felt like I was back home in my own room, albeit a much nicer and less cluttered room lol. Next time i have to go to Cleveland, i know where I'll be staying

Great staff, very clean room.

The location is good. The restaurant inside the hotel was great. The parking situation was terrible and expensive. Housekeeping did not do a good job of cleaning and restocking supplies. We ran out of coffee and toilet paper and had to ask twice before they would give us anything.

Great hotel, friendly staff and comfortable bed. The bathroom and shower were also lovely. My only gripe is that it was a very hot day and it seemed like the room didn’t get cool enough to our satisfaction (I understand that others may find it satisfactory) for quite awhile. Nearly till the sun went down.

Hotel needs an upgrade. Room was dark and dingy.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Nice shower. Staff friendly and helpful for tourists.

Great view from room very convenient. Dining was excellent but skip the quick coffee in the morning and just have breakfast with coffee
