Even though they are going through renovations it’s still very nice and clean. The only thing I would suggest is to clean the shower a little bit more because there was orange mold on the grout, which is easily clean by a brush and also mold in the tub caulk. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the Sheraton was enjoyable. The river view was very nice. The restaurant, Beau on the River was very nice with a great hostess. The little things matter- we had soap suds and black crud that came up the drain in the shower. There was no conditioner, just an empty bottle. One of the amenities was room service menu, however, on Sunday we were told the hotel was too busy and they cant take orders. It was Fathers Day, which tells me there is not sufficient planning or employee over-sight to ensure employee staffing was sufficiently allocated. So.you either have bad management or poor leadership. Your employees are the ambassadors of the hotel name and their ability to serve the customer either reflects positively or negatively upon the Sheraton. Super comfortable bed. The view of the river is spectacular. This location is walkable to all the stores restaurants and bars in Cuyahoga Falls. Staff is accommodating.

Beautiful property!

The stay was fine. The bed was right in front of the air vent and if it was on it was blowing directly on you. We booked the river view and the room was supposed to be ready at 3p. We arrived around 430p and it wasnt going to be ready until later. We would have waited but needed to get ready for a concert so we just took a city view room. Which was the parking lot. The beds were hard as rocks. The house keeping was not kind.

I have never stayed at the Sheraton before. And I won’t again. Front desk never helped when asked. No amenities like coffee in lobby or anything like that. They only have a restaurant that’s expensive. The room was nice and clean. But I didn’t feel like the staff was welcoming or helpful.

Our sliding door was off track, the shower was dirty and there was mold or something all over the ceiling. The bathroom was just not very clean

The hotel location was great, staff was very friendly. We loved the restaurant and the swimming area. The room itself needs updated. Carpet was coming up, of all the outlets in the room and incorporated into lamp posts, only 2 in the entire room worked, shower was stained and dripped.

Not good. AC wasn't working and they didn't offer any help or room change.

The property is dated. Rooms do not match description. Hot tob is permanently out of commission. No access to riverfront patios. The guy at the front desk was strange. No food or coffee available. Very overpriced for the amenities and room quality.

The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. Dinner and breakfast food items were great.
