The staff is quite helpful. The value is good. The parking is confusing but that is due to the operation of the lot and not necessarily the hotel.

Location was great. First room we were given was still in the process of "being cleaned" and as SOON as I opened the door was hit with a smelly wave of urine. Second room was considered "clean" but the smell of urine not so pungant. Stains were clearly visible on bedding and linens. The nicest of the staff worked the dining area, which presented nice however the food was subpar and stupid expensive! There are signs all over the hotel stating the parking areas were "park at your own risk" due to thieving however you were lucky to find parking, because this is an area for "park and ride" due to the very close proximity of the airport, we could see the people working the tarmac from our rooms windows. Will not book this hotel again but will possibly look at the others in the area since the location was the best part about this experience.

The bathroom conditions need to be improved, specifically the shower and toilet operation.

My Stay way Terrible I had a Handicap Room an after taking Showers the Whole Floor is WET Your feet will bee soaked going to a from the bathroom. An Had my Feet Soaked When Brushing your Teeth.

The front desk receptionist was rude from the start, and when we complained to another staff in reception nothing was done about it. We didn’t know we had to pay for parking at the end of our stay. The way we were treated at this hotel was terrible from the start. We will not be going back there.
