Overall good experience!

WARNING: This hotel charges $24.50 a night for parking!!! Had I known, I would have left my car in the storage garage for one more night upon my return to 'greed run amok' USA (totally regret staying at this hotel due to them hiding this important fact in tiny print). Hope this review prevents others from getting ripped off.

Convenient to the airport with a restaurant on site!

A charge for parking and breakfast.

Easy chexk-in / check out process

Close to the airport, which we needed.

Staff when checking in was not friendly, texting on her phone.

This property needs renovations, the bathroom had peeling paint on the walls and behind the door. The key cards did not work, resulting into multiple to the front desk. The front desk required I stand in the check in line in order to have the keys recoded. Once I made it to the desk, the receponist lectured me about how sensitive the keys are and made it seem like I was doing something to de-code the keys. Breakfast not free, which most hotels offer. There was no coffee in the lobby at breakfast time for guests. I didn't find the staff to be friendly or helpful. I will seek other hotel options next time I'm in the Philadelphia area.

Great that it has a bar/restaurant, very close to the arenas and stadium. The rooms are a bit outdated, but otherwise fine for the price.

Great spot right outside of Philidelphia

Booked the room online when a connecting flight out of the country was missed due to weather. Upon arrival the entire lobby had a huge line of people and we were told there were no rooms left and their system was down and even if we booked a reservation they didn’t have a room for us. And told us to leave! Said their system was down. Zero help placing us at other hotels or showing any empathy. Now I’m waiting on my refund for the reservation that wasn’t honored and had to pay for another hotel room at a different property. Unacceptable. Will never book with this property again if their systems are so weak they go down for a day and aren’t able to fix it to help their customers.

No shelf or storage in bathroom, sink coming loose from the wall, no knob to enable use of handheld shower noozle.

We waited for 45 minutes for the shuttle after calling twice. The desk staff said they ran it ever 30 minutes but when we got to the hotel it said they ran every 20 minutes. Not very friendly staff at any time during our stay.

Clean, staff was polite, very close to airport. Shuttle was very prompt and was on time. I’d stay here again

Was only there for one evening so we could get to the airport for a 6:30am flight. Free transportation to the airport and back to the hotel to pick up our car was extremely convenient.
