Great location comfortable rooms. The only complaint I have is that the corridor on the fourth floor where I stayed could use some cleaning!

Really nice hôtel. Directly in front the carrefour laval which is +1. There's a little market inside open 24h if you need anything. Pool was really nice , with a hottub and 2 sauna. Really nice hôtel. Sleep well. As some said, here's some counter reviews : room was clean, i did not ear the autoroute sound (hotel in center montreal are worst). Staff was really great. 10/10 will return.

This hotel was amazing, the hotel and room was beautiful and clean, the hotel had a functional pool,hot tub, steam room and sauna wich was nice to relax to after a long day downtown Montreal. The staff were amazing and very helpful, there was a bar, a restaurant and a little snack shop in the hotel but it was a little pricy in my opion. Overall amazing hotel totally recommend checking it out!

J'ai été reçu comme un prince. J'en étais gêné! J'ai même reçu une petite gâterie pour souligner mon anniversaire. Et une petite carte avec un message d'une extrême gentillesse.

Dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé un bon séjour et je considère que le rapport qualité-prix est intéressant. L'hôtel répond aux attentes pour son prix et plusieurs aspects de l'expérience étaient satisfaisants. Cependant, deux points méritent d'être soulignés. D'abord, l'insonorisation des chambres est très insuffisante. Pendant mon séjour, certains clients faisaient la fête et tout le bruit était audible depuis ma chambre. J'entendais clairement les conversations, les déplacements dans les couloirs et les activités dans les chambres voisines. Si vous recherchez le calme ou avez le sommeil léger, cela peut être dérangeant. Ensuite, j'ai eu un problème de facturation après mon départ. En consultant mes relevés, j'ai constaté qu'un montant avait été porté à ma chambre sans explication. Lorsque j'ai contacté l'hôtel, on m'a affirmé qu'il s'agissait d'une consommation au restaurant. Après plusieurs vérifications, il s'est finalement avéré que cette consommation ne m'appartenait pas. L'erreur a été corrigée, mais si je n'avais pas vérifié mes relevés et insisté pour obtenir des explications, j'aurais payé pour une dépense que je n'avais jamais effectuée. En résumé, l'hôtel offre un bon rapport qualité-prix, mais l'insonorisation et le contrôle des frais facturés aux chambres gagneraient à être améliorés.
