Great property and location.

The stay was amazing. Everything close by.

The best part of this property is its close proximity to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. You can easily walk to Epcot and or take a short boat ride to both. It is also close to the Boardwalk, which is a fun area. The staff members were top notch, and the lobby is beautiful. The room was average- the carpets were old and there was a musty smell. The windows were dirty / the double pane seal was broken, so we couldn't really see the view. Water temperature and pressure were both great. It was fine for a place to sleep. Overall we would recommend either taking a step down to All-Star or a step up to Swan Reserve- the price point for this hotel didn't quite match up with the quality of room we were hoping for.

We have stayed her multiple times. Prices are great - property is well taken care of, rooms are clean and food is great.

Has been a consistently good alternative to Disney lodging for over 20 years. Great bedding, good sleeping, air conditioning that responded well and stayed on all night, great atmosphere, and loved Bluezoo.

Property was beautiful. AC in the room did not function properly the first night, parking was a nightmare and cost a fortune. No direct bus transportation to MK. Must walk to boardwalk or yacht/beach club. This was also not advertised prior to arrival.

Best experience, walking distance to parks.

Beware there is a $200 PER NIGHT fee that is charged every night, regardless. If for whatever reason, it is not able to be charged to your card, you are promptly locked out of your room and then it is hell for the staff to appropriately reset your lock. Property was “just okay” for the money. The charge for daily parking and “resort fee” are ridiculous! Better service staying at an actual Disney Resort. Best features are location, easy walk to Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and The Boardwalk.

The property is wonderful and we had an amazing experience. I just wish that expedia had the information more clear in regards the extra $50 daily resort fee and the $38 daily parking fee…definitely misleading information from expedia but not the hotels fault.

I am not sure if it's just my room. But my room was noisy. I kept hearing noises near the door. It kept me awake at night. I only stayed for 2 nights.So I just grinned and beared it. The shuttle bus took us to the back of Disney Springs to be dropped off. Where we were subjected to security screening. If you came in from the front, either you drive yourself or came on a shuttle bus from a Disney Resort, you weren't screened. I'm not sure why its like that. The room it was really clean and the hotel was great. But with the noise and shuttle situation. I just don't think I'll be staying there again.
