This was likely the cleanest value priced hotel I've ever stayed in and I travel extensively. Breakfast was fresh and options were plentiful. The staff was friendly and the property is well maintained.

Unfortunately the room smelled awful like sweaty armpits and they put us in a room where a light was on all night outside and the shades wouldn’t close all the way.

The staff was fantastic. The room was very comfortable. I prefer truly blackout curtain options, but that wasn't a big deal. The bed was nice, and the room clean. The breakfast was great and varied. Waffles, meat, cereals, oatmeals, eggs, yogurts, etc. Great deal! Nice area.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. A little dated. But, had fridge and microwave. Would stay again. Area is safe and quiet.

The pool and hot tub were great! The pool was nice and warm. No shock getting in! The room was a little small, but is was quite nice and clean. The area was quiet as well.

We were greeted with a smile and lots of customer service attitude. Very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was in our budget. Breakfast was a plus but the is also eateries just around the corner from here which is a convenience. We enjoyed our overnight and would do again if we are in the area.

I had booked this just because Expedia had this as VIP access property. But my experience was horrible. The mattress in my room was visibly sagging. Me and my wife couldn’t sleep well all night because of the mattress and the AC that kept shutting off. We had set temperature and as soon as it would reach that temp it would shut off. There was no continuous fan setting either. Once shut off it would take very long for the AC to kick in again. Within the AC and the mattress we couldn’t really sleep. I complained to the staff the next morning and asked them to replace the mattress or my room. They said all rooms are full and just put a mattress topper on top of the mattress. That didn’t help as such and we had another terrible nights sleep.

Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff

I love the cleanliness the staff is very polite. I didn’t like the pool area when I went to swim the chlorine was over powering n burned my eyes n throat so I couldn’t enjoy my swim. My fiancé n son loved the jacuzzi as u can see. We would love to stay again ty.

The start was nice but a few things i think need attention. Bed was not comfortable, i was there 9 days and I just couldn't sleep well, I woke up everyday with my neck aching. Pillows were good. Breakfast was great! Alisha was wonderful, very friendly, works her butt off to keep the breakfast area going and clean, I'd give her a 5 star for sure! Pool was nice, perfect temp, but the hot tub was cold. The gentleman that worked nights wasn't very friendly, I felt like I was a bother if I asked for something. Other than that it's a nice place.... just needs a little attention.

The room was nice, clean and quiet. The large cabinet to hold enough clothes, iron and iron stand were provided. A nice desk was placed right beside TV. You can focus while you are at the desk. Bed was comfortable. Free coffee, tea and hot chocolate throughout the day at the breakfast room. Breakfast provided nice sets of hot and cold plates with variety of drink options. It was great place to stay for the rest. Thank you.

Nice pool, hot tub, and room.

Check in was super easy, and the room was quite, water temp was good as well. Not sure if I had a bad remote, but could not access the guide when using the TV, and the A/C had trouble getting to 68 or below, and when set at 68 would make some noisy clicking sounds continuously unless turned off. Set at 69 was fine, still comfortable, and no noises.

The good: The flower and shrub beds around the property were very well done. The TV in the room was a decent size and you didn't need to be an engineer to work the remote. The room did not have a tub and the shower was missing the shampoo dispenser. The room only had to few towels and washrags. If felt safe and the parking was well lit. The bad: the amenities were weak. Hardly anything in the 'gift/goody/toiletry shop; breakfast was sparse, and the single waffle bar was overwhelmed by fat people eating it all; the room was tiny and cramped. One of the front desk staff members was, well, very odd and seemed out of place for the position. The ugly: see the bad.
