pool is a luttle dark

Overall the staff we encountered was great! Unfortunately, the hallways and our room had a not so great smell. There were also dead flys in the window sill, and it just seemed like the room didn’t get cleaned well.

Great customer service

We stay there whenever we're in town but this time...their new TV system wasn't working and staff had to come up to fix. Landline wasn't working either. We have cell phones so I didn't tell them until we left. There was a lot of ice around property that wasn't taken care of until my daughter threw some from a bucket by the door, for us to walk on. Also, they could do a better job of vacuuming the rooms.

Pleasant stay.

Quiet,easy parking. Breakfast is good. Rooms have all you need for your stay.

Everything was awesome except that either someone recently smoked tobacco in my room, or it still smells faintly of tobacco smoke from when it was legal to smoke indoors at hotels? Literally everything else was wonderful.

Pool is really cold, hot tub is great

The door to the room was very difficult to close and noisy. The neighboring doors were noisy when opened and closed as well. The parking lot is too small as there are only a few spots for trailers. If trailers can park on the side road, signs should be posted. The hair dryer was in rough shape as well, but I would stay there again. Good breakfast and decent rates!

We checked in the keys didnt work, the tv remote would only change the channel had to manually change the volume.and turn off and on manually. Also they have no phone in the room. The room is very small. I talked to the owner and he did nothing . I will never stay there again.

Aside from the chewed gum on the lamp outlets and the 5-11 year olds in the next room with zero adult supervision screaming and wandering the halls till 230 am it wasn’t terrible

The rooms were not clean. When a friend of our party told staff their room smelled like cat pee (and it did), staff said it was the AC unit. This couple left. Another couple was given a key to a room that had not been cleaned. They were told staff would get to and they could check in later. It was already 5pm. Very disappointed.

The staff was great but or room had blood stained sheets and hair in the bathroom. Not clean! I'd also recommended bringing your own pillows.
