They need to me more clean with the rooms make sure the sheets for the bed

Did not even stay at the hotel i booked an entirely different hotel. Cancelled my booking not even 2 minutes after. Spoke to an agent and was told id be refunded. Now almost 7bdays later i havent received my refund or anything REDICULOUS

I seen trash over flowing orger than that everything was ok

Alex at front desk was easy going and provided excellent service. The area around the stairs was dirty.

There were bugs in the room. Black mold in the shower. Would not go back.

It's always a great spot for a staycation.

Easy check-in and check out, fast and allowed late check out for up to 20mins which wasn’t bad.

I wish the pool was outside it's inside pool

This property is very run down... The beds to the sheets, not to mention I'd say this is a drug hotel as well... People outside coming and going all hours of the night.

Friendly front desk staff but the motel was in terrible condition. I can’t believe I lasted 2 nights. The elevator was working but it was boarded up inside and pee in the corner. Our room was dirty. There was reddish liquid stains on the door like someone threw blood or strawberry soda on the door. The bathroom was gross. Dirty tub and roaches (the reviews are true about the roaches). The headboard was dusty and blankets were super thin. The sheets didn’t even fit the bed! There were homeless people and prostitutes hanging out on the 1st floor. A guy dressed up in a military uniform hanging out with the prostitutes. The most annoying part was the homeless woman’s dog who kept barking all night. We were on the 3rd floor and it was still noisy. I highly recommend you stay on the 3rd floor IF you decide to book a room here to keep away from the riff raff. Parking sucks. You can even see regular cars parking in the EV station parking spots. Definitely a never again unless you want to sleep with the roaches for extra emotional support.

Fitted sheets please

They didn’t clean our room when I asked them to when I left in the morning. I got back at night and the room was dirty no toilet paper no clean towels. I called to tell them what had happened and he said that he didn’t why no one cleared the room and if I want toilet paper to go downstairs to get it and clean towels.

Dirty & torn bed sheets. Towels have black stains and too old. Noisy Water dripping in the bathtub all night. Big pile of garbage in front of the room.

Lack of amenities and no maid service for the 3 days I stayed. No face or wash clothes. No Kleenex. No bath mat. No sofa or chair seating. Just 1 cheap desk chair. Bath faucet had some kind of bacteria growth. Sink grouting horrible. AC and bathroom filters gross. Standing water outside from ac units. Room vibrated whenever someone used the stairs.
