First room lock didnt work. Gave us a new "non-smoking" room that reeked of cigarette smoke. Walls

Although clean and quiet, this hotel is undergoing management/name change. Our room needed several items addressed, including hot water issues, tv not working. Staff addressed these issues almost immediately. It was fine for an overnight stay but would not currently recommend a longer stay. It will become a Quality Inn.

It was nice. The receptionist recommended a place to get supper and we left the next morning.

Dirty property, stink bugs all around and outside rooms

I arrived to check in and drop my bags, I had trouble with the key, the manager helped me get in the room. I returned with my wife 3 hours later and we could not get in the room with our bags. The manager put us in another room until someone could open the door. I retrieved my bags at midnight. Next morning we had no hot water for shower. Worst stay in years.

Whoever rated this property as a 4 1/2 stars should be fired. The photo on your site shows a very nice office. Well, it's closed down, locked up tight, the paint is peeling, the signs are gone and the roof is collapsing. The office is up at the motel, no signage directing to the office. The room definitely does not look like the photo on your site. It is small, musty smelling and noisy. This is my first time on Expedia. I stupidly trusted the site. I don't travel often but I'm not sure that I would use your site again.

The room was clean but had a pet smell to it. The property looked like it could use a makeover. The entrance to the hotel could be marked better. You have to drive thru an abandoned restaurant parking lot to get to the hotel. The place is not worth the price. Won't stay there again.

Staff was great, bathroom was very clean but rest needed abit more, rug needed sweeping and computer chair was completely sticky which was easily cleaned with warm water, microwave had not been cleaned at all. Linen on the bed was completely clean, not sure what happened maybe housekeeper got called away and forgot to finish.

Staff was friendly and allowed early check in.
